Days Inn by Wyndham El Paso West in El Paso

I was in shock to come to a hotel like this.In the pictures they make it look nice but once you get there it's runned down all the rooms smell either like cigarettes or just dirty. First room I got it was supposed to be a no smoking room, when I walked in it smelled horrible I walked right out. Then I went to the front desk and requested another room well that room was occupied by someone already like really??? Then went back to the front desk and got another room and holy cow when I opened that door that smell was just nasty like mold or dirty who knows what that smell was. So after all that I went back to the gentlemen at the front desk and requested a refund he had to call the manager because he said they don't do refunds WHATTT really? Finally after all the trouble I got refunded but the money won't show in my account till 2 or 3 days later not cool at all. I do not recommend this hotel at all. ??
