Beautiful Santa Fe hotel in a convenient location. Small room, very smoky due to bar's smoked cocktails making it really unpleasant in the lobby.

Our room was excellent. It was clean, had plenty of storage and the bed was super comfortable with the best pillows ever. Hotel staff were polite and responsive to our requests. The hotel location is perfect for visiting downtown Santa Fe. The only flaws were 1) the shower curtain did not keep water in the shower so we soaked our small bathroom each time we showered, and 2) the hotel lobby is not cozy and comfortable like other hotels in the area. It would have been nice to hang out by the fire, but the lobby furnishings are rather sparse and uncomfortable. But the hotel is beautiful. We would stay there again for sure.

This is a beautiful and historic hotel in old town Santa Fe. It is a must see. The staff is super kind and the rooms are cozy and cute.

Hotel St Francis was perfect , beautiful historic building . Rooms were very nice . Great location, walking distance to everything . The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas

The hotel was lovely but what stood out the most was your staff. Especially Brandon at the front desk. He was professional, knowledgeable but also thoughtful and extremely helpful. He represents your property well.

Some of the rooms are rather outdated without modern conveniences like charging outlets. Also the air temperature was very hard to control - either very hot or cold.

Room had quirky imperfections were somewhat charming and a bit more frustrating. Construction was quite noisy during our first day.

Excellent Stay! Love the room and the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in downtown Santa Fe.

Hotel has great history and character. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Can't beat the location.

Rooms were a bit small and dated. Needs an update. Electrical outlets were very worn...plug wouldn't even stay in.

We weren’t told the central heating was turned on so when we tried to turn on the AC the only thing that came out was heat so we were miserable all night. We left the windows open but after the bars closed all we heard were people yelling so we couldn’t sleep until 4am. It wasn’t a good stay for us. We thought staying in the plaza would be nicer but if you don’t want to deal with drunk people I suggest staying away from the plaza to get better sleep.

Not impressed. My first time here. I've never paid for chips and salsa at a mexican restaurant, but was told it would be $4 if I wanted some. I paid over $10 for a salad (NO chip/salsa included) with chicken. The chicken seemed low quality. Some gristle. Little flavor. I will not be back.

Meh... Decent but not really good. Nice looking restaurant, clean and nice atmosphere. There's a sports bar side and a restaurant side, but I wasn't impressed by the food.

A big place, not much atmosphere. I was greeted and seated right away but waited five minutes for my waitress to get to me which kind of put me off. My original review was harsh, but in the end the food was very good and service did improve. Not a bad place to duck in for a beer and a bite if other places are too crowded.

The wait staff was almost non-existent. When they were present I literally watched them walk from table to table and apologize that whatever the request was, it was not possible/available. Medium apparently means extra-well-done at Blue Corn Cafe. It was pretty cold on the patio, so my personal favorite was when an elderly couple asked if they could turn on a heat lamp, the waitress said she would have to make sure it was ok. The heat lamp never got turned on, at least while I was there. A real class act. Oh yeah it's a micro-brew too. I only got 1 beer so maybe I just got a dud, but it was on par with Budweiser or Coors. Wow! Seriously steer clear of this place. Santa Fe has so many amazing eats don't get sucked into this giant bag of @$$.

My wife's and my food were great. Very delicious and plentiful. The children's meals were good except for one thing. My son ordered mashed potatoes and they were spicy - at a level I would expect for an adult, not kids. The patio was fun. The beer was good.

Came here for a wrap party after the making of the movie “The Kid”. A very nice place, a little small as a music venue, the sound is too overpowering on the small area. Local bands sounded pretty good though. I’d come back again.

Some of the best food I've had in my mouth in a while! The Executive Chefs, Jen and Evan Doughty have created the perfect menu to compliment this Restaurant and Saloon, with farm to table fresh foods and the á la carte style plates you can make amazing variations of your favorite dishes! The back patio is one of the best I've dined at in Santa Fe and dogs are allowed if well behaved.
The shows are fun and drinks are classic. Happy Hour is from 5-7p, they do 25 % off all liquor, wine and beer and there are some great Happy Hour food items too.
Sunday Brunch is a must, right now it's from 11a-3p until they revamp their hours a little, but the Red Chile Hollandaise on their Eggs Benedict is to die for! I want it smothered on every dish!!!

I highly recommend eating here! Keep a lookout for their expanded hours, hopefully soon to come!

Great staff and service but I paid 15 for chicken fried chicken that was just a chicken patty no gravy or anything and any drink that isnt beer 12 buck minimum. Seen some great shows here.

No one greeted us. After we were told to seat ourselves they told us we sat in the wrong area. Sat our family of four at a cocktail table in the bar. 30 minutes to get drinks. Hour and 15 minutes to get food. One drink refill the whole time. Food was OK at best and far from the quality I would expect from at $25 per plate price tag. Did I mention no kid menus? Should have gone with my gut and left early on. I am a loyal Hilton customer but this was a HUGE miss. Not what I expect from a Hilton property.

This is a great place to hang out for a while on a Friday evening, listening to Gerry Carthy's excellent guitar music, sipping a drink, and perhaps snacking on El Canon's excellent bar fare. Gerry's music is just wonderful, but not so loud that you cannot also enjoy a conversation with companions.
