The hotel was beautiful. I took my Mom for the Price is Right and we sat since we live in NW PA. It took a bit of time to check in on Friday at check-in. Also the coffee ☕️ maker in the room didn’t work so I had to get a new one. The only other issue was the bed cover was extremely odd and ishy so we didn’t use them. It was chilly bc we only used the sheets. Other than that nice hotel and ******.

I had a very bad experience with Suzanne, one of the receptionists on the checkout morning. She did not have professional manners and was not willing to give any information when asked about the deposits I made. I was surprised to witness her abrupt communication skills which are rare in hospitable sectors. I think the staff working at receptions are an image of the hotels and Suzanne’s behaviour and manners compromised the Seneca Hotel and Resort’s reputation.

The reason I write this review is to improve the staff performance and I do not have any intention to damage the particular staff’s career.

We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full ******, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

We came there on Friday about 30 minutes before the check In time. Had to wait almost 3 hours to get into room due ti a water line break. Had dinner reservations that we almost barley made it to. They did not offer any kind of compensation for this and was upset because of it. My wife had an appointment for a massage and had to be canceled also. Other than that trip was great. Great views

The room was clean and large, the amenities are ok if a bit dated.
Some cons: there was a hidden $20 “resort fee” that is charged as part of your holding deposit that is not refunded.
Each time you enter the hotel you have to cross the ****** floor and potentially produce ID.
There isn’t much nearby in the way of shops, restaurants, etc.
They even charge you for bottled water, so best to bring your own or get some from 7/11.

Came with the wife for endless apps and a relaxing night for her birthday. It was relaxing but took 2 and a half hours to complete. We waited forever to get our app refills and it was not very busy. We were explained that they had sent most of the staff home early for the evening but there were servers hanging around doing nothing, unless they were from the connecting restaurants. Hope to a better visit next time around.

I visited on a work trip. Having had hamburgers for four meals straight, I felt the need to order healthy. I noticed with pleasure a pecan crusted chicken salad on the menu. Perfect. But, mistake! Fully half of the greens were mushy, wilted lettuce. The chicken had the taste and consistency of fowl left on the plate of a spoiled child, rediscovered hours later and returned to the fridge (still good). But not good. I will not return here, mostly because I never plan on returning to Niagara Falls, NY. Indeed, why would one?

Kid's chicken finger meal should fill up just about any of the kids that order it (healthy sized serving - picture I uploaded is partially eaten). Decent food most of the time, typical bar style fare. Good, not great and really hit or miss. Between myself and my wife we had two styles of chicken sandwich and her's was great where mine had that water logged frozen texture to it. Like I said, "hit or miss".

Ordered a well done burger. It arrived medium at best. I spoke to server who reordered it for me. Replacement burger arrived with no cheese on it after the rest of my family had finished eating, but was well done this time.

I ate most of it. When I asked waiter for bill, he asked how the replacement was, so I mentioned the lack of cheese. I was disappointed that when the bill came, I was charged full price for my meal.

I paid cash and left a very minimal tip. When the waiter saw this, he volunteered to get the burger removed from the bill. Good for them for eventually making it right, disappointed that it wasn't seamless to get it corrected.

For anyone who wonders, I left the cash the same, so the server was well tipped in the end.

The remainder of the food for our family tasted great, and the service was acceptable for a busy time of day.

The only good thing that I can say about this place is that it is open when everything else around here seems to be shut, especially on a Sunday. TGIs menu is lacking healthful options, which I knew going in. But on top of this, the service was terribly slow, every single order came out wrong and had to be changed, and by the time we got our mediocre food it was lukewarm. Oh, and don't forget the prices- they charge way too much for this crappy food. We weren't even offered any discounts when we mentioned to the server we were unhappy. I try and avoid TGIs, and this branch reminded me why.
