Great location, right on Flushing's main street. It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway, and there are tons of amazing food options downstairs. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, so communication was a breeze. The price isn't unreasonable for New York, but be aware that they don't provide bottled water or disposable slippers!

Great! The environment is lovely, the room is clean and quiet, and the location is super convenient for dining and transportation.

This hotel is about average for the Flushing area. The room was very clean and tidy, but the deposit payment process was a bit strict.
1. They wouldn't accept a credit card with a magnetic strip unless it had my name on it.
2. I tried another HSBC card, but that didn't work either because they insisted on an embossed name.
I was also 'lucky' enough to stay on the 5th floor in a room where the air blower made a terrible noise 24/7. Thankfully, the hotel was accommodating and moved me to a quiet room the next day!

They said because I used a third party, they had not obtained my money yet and asked if I could pay the FULL price for the room. I refused, they spoke to the third party and only after securing the payment were They able to issue me a key. As if I was being punished for using a third party. They said they wouldn’t usually issue complimentary drinks for their room users but that I was welcome to take two bottles. Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast but not a great customer service. Other than this, room was clean and neat. I had to waste a lot of water before finally getting hot water, one of the treadmills was squeaky. I had to come off. Overall, not a great experience. Don’t understand your issue of withholding funds, when clearly it had gone out of my account. Not happy with this service.

Very poor hot water (need to wait for 10+ minutes), very stable WiFi internet, below average breakfast, very noise (by Main Street, airport).

Last minute booking during my quick trip to NY. Right in the middle of Chinatown , absolutely love it. Didn’t get a chance to get breakfast as I was trying to find my way to the airport. If you try to get one, it’s from 7am to 10am. Front desk personnel is very professional.

This hotel is actually very nice and clean! It's tucked away between 2 other buildings, but it's very impressive one inside. Rooms are small, but very, very clean and contemporary.

poor service and not even qualified as 3 star hotel poor quality breakfast. even they are charging for water bottles which basic amenities
