We had a great stay. I will commend Ashley in the front desk as she welcome us with her most accomodating character! ❤️
Spacious room for our short stay. Extremely convenient for travellers departing the city from La Guardia like us. On the downside, we would have expected a better service in a four-star hotel. The receptionist was not very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping misunderstood my request for tissue to fill the up the empty tissue box and brought me toilet papers instead. No slippers were provided and the...
This hotel boasts a great location with easy access to transportation, and the shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport is a definite plus. My overall experience was fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and instantly putting me at ease. The room itself was spacious and well-arranged, with a perfectly soft and comfortable bed. The...
Beautiful hotel with friendly service. I would definitely stay there again. However, the parking garage is not attached and can only be accessed from the lobby. Otherwise, definitely a great place to stay.
Great hotel, right across from the airport! Clean facilities! Tidy room! Excellent service! Shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport after 4:00 AM! Highly recommend!
I've stayed at this hotel many times. Whenever I fly into LaGuardia, this is my go-to place. The free shuttle service is really convenient, and the staff, including the shuttle drivers, are all very friendly and helpful with luggage (remember to tip!). The shuttle is always on time, and the front desk staff, mostly African American, are consistently pleasant. It feels like a standard four-star hotel...

I had a fantastic check-in experience at the hotel, thanks to Dwayne. He greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout the process. His positive energy and presence made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Dwayne truly set the tone for a great stay. Highly recommend!
Although I rarely write reviews, my experience at your hotel compelled me to share my thoughts. Jasmine at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, making her a standout staff member. I stumbled upon a hotel nearby that was staffed by the grumpiest person alive and a masterclass in terrible hospitality, this your hotel was like a tropical paradise by comparison. I would confidently recommend...
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were really helpful and courteous. Especially Jasmine During our check in she made the process so easy from when we walked in the lobby , she welcomed us with a warm smile .she told us how to get around the area and even the city . Which was extremely helpful . Best hospitality I received so far The location of the hotel is great and close to everything...
A late arrival turned into a great check in experience. I was able to get into a nice clean room on a high floor, just as I requested. Dewayne at the front desk was awesome and very personable. Shazeeda was kind and helpful as well. They gave me precise information on local transportation. Great stay overall. 10/10
With all due respect to the other reviewers, our experience at the Radisson was great. Yes, it is under construction, but they have done a good job keeping the lobby clean. There were no "shady" people lurking inside or outside, and no smell of Marijuana. The room was clean and very nice, hot water and awesome water pressure. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. The shuttle was prompt...
It's a pretty standard hotel that got me in at a fair price in an emergency situation, which was very nice. It was clean and the room was sanitized. But, Cheryl the bartender made it a point to ensure I was served and comfortable despite my late arrival, and she should be commended for her customer service skills.

A bit out of dated facility. The downstairs is packed and busy.
The room was clean and tidy, but the environment and facilities were average. The front desk, lobby bar, and dining room were crowded together, and there were too many people sitting on the sofas, so dust was flying everywhere and it looked a bit messy. The airport shuttle was 8 minutes late, and the journey to T4, which should have taken 10 minutes, took 40 minutes, which I didn't expect. The route...
Very good location and excellent service from the staffs
The room was decent, of a good size; the breakfast was OK. The airport pick-up service was very good. If you arrive at 1:00 in the evening, call the front desk and someone will come to the designated location to pick you up; someone will also drop you off in the morning. The airport pick-up and drop-off are free. There is no kettle!
Comfortable room and very convincent to reach airport a day it save a good time.
excellent location, free airport shuttle is available 24/7 depart every 30mins room very clean and smell good, probably they use aromatherapy to create perfect staying ambience

Great hotel near the airport. Was under construction, so I didn't get the full experience. Maybe next time. The staff was very nice and helpful to recommended restaurants that delivered nearby. Rooms were clean and, most importantly, didn't smell at all. Wasn't brave enough to try the restaurant 15 minutes to closing. If you're just there to sleep and leave to catch a flight, it works great with FREE...
We were comped a room here when our airline failed us. Despite the late hour, the staff was very friendly and got us into a room quickly. The room is clean and comfortable if not a little small. The location is convenient to JFK but it gets noisy on the highway side. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the downstairs restaurant before heading out. I recommend this hotel.
Great place! Food was good too! We had impossible burgers! It was good! The breakfast was good too! Very close to JFK! The drivers of the hotel shuttle were fantastic! The shuttle goes every half hour and it takes only 10 minutes to reach ( traffic can change the situation). Nice, big rooms.
Very clean and nice hotel. Great location, very friendly and courteous staff. The view from my room was amazing. I enjoyed watching the aircraft ascending and descending. We didn’t have enough towels and wash rags for 4 people but, as soon as we called the front desk and requested more we got it. The only thing that was missing from the room is a microwave. I will definitely stay there again. Thank...
Was booked here due to a canceled flight.it is a flight crew hotel also. the rooms are basic but comfortable our room did have an amazing nest of pillows slept like a log.note that if you are on the west side the rooms get hot in the afternoon and you are next to the expressway which can be noisy at night. So far so good will give review tomorrow. Coming from the airport was cold! Bar should be opened at 3 pm. Just to take the chill off. Hope improvements there are made.
I was actually surprised at how nice this airport hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, updated. The room was quiet (no airplane noise). They offer a buffet at night or you can order off a menu. And the menu food was well prepared for a hotel chain. If I need to stay close to LGA again, I would definitely use this one again.
Wifi can be slow and sometimes the shampoo bottle is not as full as you hope. Be sure to check before going to bed. Shuttle to airport leaves on time which counts when you need to catch a flight
Very convenient to stay at for an early morning flight. They had real mugs, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the coffee was pretty bad so I dumped it down the sink. The room was clean and comfortable. I don't think they have room service, which was a bit of a bummer, but otherwise I had a pleasant stay.
Parking is limited so don't be a douche and double park your SUV because if you do I'll write "DOUCHE" backwards on your dirty rear window so you know what a douche you are.
The rooms have a slope to them. Minimum TV channels. The staff was helpful. Shuttle bus only goes to two restaurants one good and the other I wouldn't go to again if I was paid to. The shuttle drops off at the airport every 15 minutes 24 hours a day.

Great shuttle service to and from airport, so convenient!! Runs every 30 mins. Staff (reception and shuttle drivers) are amazing and friendly. You get a water bottle at check in. Rooms are older but large, and overall well maintained. Cleaning is decent as well. Good amenities in rooms includes ironing board with iron, and hair dryer and shower gels/shampoo.
I booked this hotel as I was flying from JFK the next day. Upon arrival the staff Nick was very friendly and welcoming. Mg room was clean and appeared recently redone. Had to get a last minute room here after a British Airways IT meltdown left me stranded at JFK at 2am. Shuttle service was good. Rooms were ok. Got a decent sleep and got shower before heading out the next morning. Breakfast credit is provided and you can buy anything in the small store across the front desk. Check in was decent with standard questions. Digital key was not given due to some system not working.
Staff at restaurant was very friendly. Room and hotel in general was dated but clean and no complaints. Only issue worth 1/2 star was that the snack vending machine asked for coin only so I got coins and the coin dropped straight to the coin return. I didn’t get the impression that the front desk could help with that. Taking shuttle tomorrow. Hoping for the best.

Convenient for flights, perfect for catching an early morning flight if you check in the night before. There's a shuttle bus service to the airport. The large double room can accommodate 3-4 people, and the facilities are generally comprehensive, but there were no slippers.
The room is spacious, but the soundproofing isn't great. There's a 24-hour shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes and is always on time, which is super convenient. The hotel offers valet parking for $50 a night, but you can also park on a nearby street for free, which I personally found to be safe.
The hotel facilities are a bit old and look like they're from the last century. However, it makes up for it with great shuttle service, very friendly staff, a good location, and decent cleanliness. It's perfectly fine for a one-night stay.
The location was very close to the airport, which may travel very easy. They were very accommodating to let us check in early.
I stayed here for a layover. For pickup, you can take the free Green Line from the airport to Federal Circle. Once you arrive, go downstairs and turn right outside, the shuttle comes every 20 minutes. The drop-off times are hard to predict, so I recommend taking a taxi.
Not the best value for money, though that might be due to when we booked. It's fine for a layover or a quick stopover.

Perfect location and a new hotel in the region, its very close to the metro station and can interchange to F,M,R and E lines. The staff is supportive and professional.
I chose this hotel because of its location - I wanted it close to a subway entrance and I needed to trust the place to have good heating system (NYC can be very cold). The hotel is in Flushing, not far from the Hyatt. All around, you'll find Chinese restaurants catering to various tastes and budgets. They offer free shuttle service to and from LaGuardia. The only downside is that the rooms don't have microwaves.
Perfect Location with excellent room conditions
The room facilities are complete, and the service could be further improved.
Conveniently located on the main street, and they have iced lemon water in the lobby.
When we checked in, we found the air conditioning wasn't working. It finally got fixed the next day, but when they opened it up, it was full of dirt and grime. My child left their bracelet on the nightstand before we went out, and when we came back, it was gone. The hotel manager kept shirking responsibility, telling us we could call the police (and when we did, we heard nothing back for two days)...
Nicely placed one amongst Chinese food joints

It’s very family-friendly, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby, and the front desk service is excellent.
Location is great with lots of dinning choices just within walking distance. The room was of a good size and is cozy with a good view of the street
Beautiful hotel, good breakfast, nice location close to train stations.
Beyond changing linens and emptying the trash, there's practically no room service. As a former five-star hotel employee, I believe this hotel has significant training issues. Housekeeping is the worst, followed by the front desk and F&B, which also have room for improvement. The hotel's location is superb, which pretty much guarantees a good occupancy rate.
It is our second time here and Hyatt Flushing always meet our expectation. Friendly staff, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely go back here whenever we will visit New York city. The only downside is it is far from city center but subway is accessible.
Lucky to have stayed here in a full moon. The staff are friendly and helpful, my booking was for a bathtub room, they assigned me a room with shower only, but they’re quick enough to help swap rooms. The room is big and clean. The location is epic, center of Flushing. The breakfast is simple, but covers the basics.

Cool concept. Walls are a bit thin but very comfortable otherwise. Great price and parking
The room was very spacious. The balcony was excellent, and it was a huge plus that smoking was allowed there. The swimming pool was also beautiful.
Amazing price for New York, with cool views. We had a balcony room that was really nice, the one draw back I would say is the noise from the bridge traffic.
Very good hotel in Queens near Roosevelt bridge. Market near if any need. Metro goes everywhere around NYC districts from the location. I recommend.

Overall, it's pretty good. The breakfast selection is a bit limited and simple. It's quite close to the subway station, but the surrounding area is just okay.
The hotel smells good and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The photos shown on the website is inaccurate.
The location is awesome, as Long Island City is just one subway stop away from Manhattan. The neighbourhood itself is interesting, because one can sense the real America just in this one tiny area: jobless African Americans mixed with hard-working Spanish immigrants and invisible middle class professionals hiding in newly constructed office towers and condominiums. The hotel, however, needs better...

The Paper Factory is a great hotel with excellent amenities. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. It is also a block away from the 36th street subway station, and 15 mins from Laguardia, so a very convenient location. I will absolutely stay here next time I come to NYC.
Great hotel and location, check in easy, hotel very clean, room has almost all needed except the floor is concrete and it’s very cold so some provided slippers would be really appreciated, as an addition. Thank goodness I had flip flops with me. I would stay here again, the bed was very comfortable and there is a deli in the corner outside so you can get a to go breakfast on mornings.
The room was fine. We were able to open a window a few inches which was nice. Be aware that they have a resort fee and are not willing to waive or decrease it. Location good for access to Astoria, LIC, Sunnyside, Woodside. Would stay there again.

The room was clean. Hotel staffs behaviour were very polite. Location was good and has good connectivity to public transportation within5 mins of walk. Breakfasts were served hot and there are couple of options . The hotel seems to be value for money.
The room is spacious and neat. Very clean. It is also close to subway station.
Worst and bad policies a place which treat you on breakfast like you are in jail if you are couple you have to wake up together and if you you are hungry they never allow you without your your partner to have break fast alone then check in time is 3pm and they start at 3 pm not taking even your id and finish paper work before 3 and at 3 always a big line so be ready for jail at 2 points
The room I was given had a noisy air condition. The amenities were quite a disappointment for the price I paid.
A good Price to Service Balance. Clean room. Straight forward Check in and Check out. Good breakfast. Peaceful area and close to Subway Station. Parking Place is available and Safe. I reduced one point in amenities for the little noise air conditioner.

Regular customer of this hotel. Service is great. Staffs are helpful.
Great location, right on Flushing's main street. It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway, and there are tons of amazing food options downstairs. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, so communication was a breeze. The price isn't unreasonable for New York, but be aware that they don't provide bottled water or disposable slippers!
Great! The environment is lovely, the room is clean and quiet, and the location is super convenient for dining and transportation.
This hotel is about average for the Flushing area. The room was very clean and tidy, but the deposit payment process was a bit strict. 1. They wouldn't accept a credit card with a magnetic strip unless it had my name on it. 2. I tried another HSBC card, but that didn't work either because they insisted on an embossed name.
