I have a family emergency and I was talking to the front desk at the hotel about trying to leave and get a partial refund for the days that I will not be staying. I have to go back to Canada and they were not how far at all so I am looking to see if you guys at ******* can accommodate me somehow because I’m an ******* member I book a lot of different trips and stays and I have a family emergency and I have to get back to Canada too And I would really appreciate it if I can get back my money for the days that I will not be staying or at least be accommodated for somewhat of my partial payments so if you guys could please get back to me that would be really appreciated. Thank you very much.

So much traffic noise that we hardly slept and we were supposedly on the quiet side of the building. The room was so “basic” I would almost call it barren. Bathroom was TINY. Towels thin. Do not. recommend.

It was just me staying in the room so it was perfect. My room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to both JFK and LaGuardia airport. The only problem I had was my room window was facing a brick wall

The facilities are relatively new, and it is convenient to go to JFK, but it is close to the road and it is really noisy at night. If you are afraid of noise when sleeping, I suggest you book carefully.

The surrounding environment is very poor, the room is small and similar to domestic guesthouses, especially the requirement of a deposit of 150 US dollars. It has been almost a month since I returned to China and it took several communications with Ctrip to get the deposit back.

The room facilities are too poor, the sanitary services are not complete, and the cost performance is not high.
There is no kettle, only paper cups. I chose this hotel just to make it convenient to Kennedy Airport.
Fortunately, I only stayed for one night.

Very old and terrible, the deposit was deducted by $250, and it has not been refunded for more than 10 days

Fast service. But there is not enough seat for everybody. There is only two or three seat for customer so if you order in the store you might have to stand and wait for like 10 minute. Cause they took less than 10 minute to prepare my order. Otherwise friendly employees.

I took the full video that the phone was ringing for more then 10 min & they don’t even care.
Customer service is really bad.
I called them before I come to store & they put me on hold for 14 min.
When I ask them why u guys not picking up the calls they replied they don’t pic up phone when they r busy.
They r not hygiene because they don’t wash hand after money handeling.

Horrible service. I placed on online order today 10/29/17 at 4:30pm. At 6:15pm order had not left the store for delivery. When I contacted the store, they said my order had not yet left because they were waiting on a delivery person to pick up the order from the store. When I asked how much longer that would take, I was told they did not know. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. It's ridiculous that they did not attempt to contact me to let me know of this very important issue so that I could decide whether I was gonna wait or cancel and make other arrangements; when they have my phone number and email.

Since they changed chefs the food doesnt taste good. Staff is always friendly and there's usually no wait to be seated.

I've eaten here all my life. Grew up in Briarwood. I still visit occasionally with my family. Went yesterday with an old friend and had good time reminiscing. It didn't hit until well after the bill came that my opinion of The Flagship shifted. It had to. My friend and I both had cheeseburger deluxe platters. The bill was almost $33. The beef patty tasty, but it was dwarfed by the bun. If the prices are so high and the portions are inversely related, I could just eat in Midtown Manhattan.
