Stayed at this hotel years ago during a big trip. I was so scared as I was completely alone and it was my first time travelling from another country. They went above and beyond to reassure me and despite being a young lady on my own I felt so safe and taken care of. It'd probably be a very long review if I left all the info but I'd highly recommend this place for any first time travellers

When I went to the room, I opened the door and I saw clothes, sneakers and towels everywhere and the sheets and blankets were scattered around the room. I was given another room and it was a mess the mattress and boxspring were placed against the wall, the bed frame was broken, bed legs were scattered, and sheets and blankets were all over the place. When I went back down to the front desk, the clerk told me he would escort me to a room to make sure it was good. I said no, please cancel my reservation. He said he would cancel the room. I called Priceline and the clerk told Priceline we would or cancel the reservation after he told me he would. Priceline refused to cancel also saying the hotel has no cancellation policy even after explaining the hotel was in an unsatisfactory condition. They gave me a 15% coupon for an express hotel. The elevator broke down twice - people had to walk up and down the stairs. They placed a big bin filled with dirty sheets to block guests from entering the elevator. The clerk checked me into a room that was somewhat decent. However, these were the issues: The floor was not vacuumed Bathroom floor had urine stains on the sides of the toilet The entrance door had a bunch of in front of it The remote control didn’t work and the clerk said he had to program it The plug in wall socket did not work The entrance door and bathroom doors had peeling paint all over it The elevator was very slow and worn out- and had peeling paint The microwave area was not clean — somebody left bagel Crumbs and debris form the morning — 10 hours ago The a/c did not work well Flies and knats were everywhere Toilet water pressure was extremely low The floors in the lobby and sinking area were not clean No instructions were given because the shower had to be turned on by pulling the faucet — who would of thought to do that The blankets had burn holes The clerk kept complaining that the maids weee not doing their job As a customer that should not matter to me. Room was very small and not user friendly at all. There was nonstop noise from the train and traffic. Wi-Fi didn’t work said internet was not working. No service at all! Ac and refrigerator kept making loud humming sounds. The hotel had a horrible odor it smelled bad! Really foul! The picture of the hotel is different than in person. This is false advertisement. Furniture in room was falling apart . Toilet paper broke apart in my hands. The sheets had stains on them. Towels literally shredded apart while washing. I lost my money because I refused to stay another night! This was a horrible experience . An investigation into the hotel should be conducted by the New York City Department of Health. Priceline should be ashamed by allowing such a horrible hotel to advertise on their platform.

Tourist, couple honeymoon vacation, ends up a disaster. Will never go back again. Strong bad odor smells, left over drinks from previous stayed by someone, obviously no one’s clean out the room before putting us in that room, so disgusting, never come back

I used Wyndham points to stay free Saturday and Sunday, saving $350! Tiny parking lot though. The train that runs right down to times square is just down the street! $2:50 and you can be in manhattan!

Rooms are small. Our room overlooks a busy street and subway train tracks, so it's very noisy. Breakfast room is very undersized. Parking is very limited. Convenient to subway station though.

Spend the extra $40-$60 for another hotel. Nothing about this stay was good. The photos they show are not accurate at all and the negative reviews you read from everyone are spot on. The air in the whole hotel is stale smoke, the floor is sticky (everywhere including rooms), the bathrooms are not clean (hair/dirt from others), the beds are not queens they are doubles (which are smaller than full), the AC wall unit worked sometimes and thankfully the weekend we stayed it wasn't incredibly hot so it just made things alittle uncomfortable. There looked to be a homeless man laying on the bench inside of "lobby" when we checked out. The one positive thing about this place is there is a 7-11 right around the corner and the owners are amazing. I hope you listen to this review and find another place to enjoy your trip to an amazing city!

We came to the hotel lately in the afternoon only to find that its closed (no longer a hotel), but a shelter. After that cold shower we had to find a new hotel in a city we have never been before late in the evening. Never happend before and this is the only city you don't want to walk around with lugagges in the night time.

Currently here and unable to sleep. My room smells like urine, the sheets are incredibly rough and make my skin itch, the walls and doors are so thin that anytime someone walks by or opens their door I think they’re coming into my room. When I arrived they sent me to the wrong room it was still dirty and I had an unmade bed and hair in the bed. It’s right next to the train tracks and heavy traffic. Came here bc it was the cheapest option on short notice and seriously regretting it.

This is the most filthy disgusting hotel I have ever been to. The outside is dirty, the hallways are dirty and the rooms are dirty. I was traveling for business and I have stayed in many NYC hotels and this is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. It is dirtier than any hotel I have ever been in with the exception of my travels to India. I made the decision to leave the hotel because it was uninhabitable. Furthermore, as I was checking for bedbugs, I cut myself on the bed frame because the appropriate guard was missing from the metal frame and that cut required medical attention. This hotel is also very loud as it is immediately next to the elevated train. The mattresses do not have bed bug covers. The mattresses are cheap spring mattress and very uncomfortable. The first room contained a broken bed frame and so I had the opportunity to go to another room which was equally as filthy, with an uncomfortable mattress. They have a half ironing board, however, I would not be able to iron my clothes without having them become dirty as the surfaces and floor in the room were so dirty. I highly recommend staying elsewhere if you are traveling for business, leisure or with children.

Location good, but parking VERY limited roughly only 10 spots. Says there’s free continental breakfast but there was nothing but coffee. Our toilet didn’t work in our room so we had to keep using the community one in the lobby we told them about our toilet 2 times prior. Tv channels are terrible. Trash cans tiny, no microwave. The key card was giving slot of issues not working so we had to get a new one. Our sheets had a few long blank hairs on them that were not ours, which makes me think they didn’t clean the sheets, they definitely had a bed bug problem at one point because I found some bed bug stains on the sheets no bugs though. Blanket had cigarette burn holes. Get what you pay for on New Years Eve though I guess. Probably won’t ever come here again.

I only purchased a turkey sandwich and so this review only pertains to they're sandwiches. It was absolutely the worst sandwich I have ever purchased and ate in queens. They advertise selling boars head ham, which brought me in.
When I ordered the sandwich they pulled out a premade sandwich from underneath the deli case. A man wearing no gloves removed the ham and cheese from the inside sandwich and placed it in a microwave for heating, why did they do this? A toaster maybe but why a microwave... I realized while testing this science project of a sandwich they micro waved the ham and cheese to overshadow any indication of it having funny smell or off texture consistency for being old. How dumb do they think people are? The bread was harder than brick and also had a funny smell. If you don’t want stomach pains I recommend going elsewhere. This place is Gross.
