It’s crazy how many people act like this is an actual hotel. Maybe they’re migrants who are confused about the operations. It’s a front. This “hotel” is actually migrant housing operating as a DHS shelter in NYC. Hence trump and Elon’s perspective. Also… there’s no gym here. The fitness room is never opened and whatever gym equipment it looks like they had is outside, not working.

Stayed here while attending to the 2016 US Open. If you understand the price point you are paying going in, you should set your expectations realistically. We were pleasantly surprised with the rooms - although small, they were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern enough and clean. The only thing we did in the hotel was sleep and eat breakfast, which is the usual continental food (plus waffle maker). A/C worked great, and the hotel staff was very pleasant. There are about 10 parking spaces behind the building, which we used to park free for labor day weekend. Overall the hotel provided exactly what we needed -- free parking, reasonable prices and somewhere close to the 7 train.

This is definitely not a hotel maybe it was one before the pandemic but this is a shelter. You cannot go there and book a room so stop trying.

When I stayed there it was enjoyable and quiet. The breakfast was good and The Coffee was Nice and strong. Altogether I had a pleasant STAY

Carpet was dirty, beds i7. Service was unavailable when needed support.

Called so many times for reservation but no body picked up.. and the only one time they answer i was on hold for 1 hour 12 minutes. Then they hung up.. Thank u for ur great service..

The rooms tend to be quite small. The blanket had stains on it. It definitely has the cheap feel of a motel room. Basic cable and air conditioning included. You get what you pay for.
