My fiance and in had just lost our house to our landlord foreclosing on his property and was given 2 days to vacant home. we paid for 7 days. when we was sleeping in the bed in the middle of the night we got a knock at the door telling us we was being to loud and if he had to come BACK AGAIN we would evicted from property we tried to explain to him we was in our bed sleeping not making any noise besides snoring. 10 minutes later they ask us to come to the front office as we are going to the front office they have called the police saying we was making too much noise and they wanted us out. we asked for our money back and they said no you can take us to court and get it back. police said we come out here every night for the same thing . just tell your friends not to spend money here.

Although, I did not stay at the hotel. I was turned away for asking a question to gain understanding. Let me explain, I am not a person that frequents hotels, therefore, I do not understand the time tables. I simply wanted to know if I checked in after midnight would that be as me checking in on the 12th? I was told check in is 4pm check out is 11 am. Ok, great maybe I am slow as again, I don't frequent hotels to know what that "means", so again, I asked my question ( maybe I am asking it the wrong way)! However, the "guy that works at night" (because he did not want to give his name) immediately became irate and begin yelling, "ma'am you are not going to make this complicated or try to confuse me". He continued, to be completely rude and unprofessional, yelling and treating me as if I was standing there being the one acting as he was. I work in customer service, have been for over 30 years, this was at all no way to treat anyone. So, I thought you myself maybe I am asking this the wrong way because I honestly did not understand him just telling me 4pm check in and 11 am check out and yelling and being irate, rude and disrespectful, not mindful that I am 7 months pregnant and just want to rest, he was very disrespectful and had poor customer service and told me that I need to go to another hotel I am not welcomed there. I smiled slightly and said, ok maybe I am asking it wrong, so I changed my wording, and asked ok if I check in after midnight I still have to check out at 11. He said very rude and aggressively, " that is what I have been telling you, it is not hard to understand". Wow!! Ok. I'm 7 months pregnant, it is 11:45 pm and I respond "no you didn't you kept saying 4 pm to 11 am, you didn't explain where the customer can understand". "Ma'am, you can find another hotel to stay" very rudely. I asked for management information, I was told they will be in in the morning, I asked for his name, I was told tell them the guy that works at night. Bottomline, I genuinely did not understand that if I check into a hotel even after midnight that does not count as the new day and wanted to make my plans accordingly... However, this review is to really express how immediately, I was treated as if I was there to cause a fight if they have cameras they can see and hear that I was very polite, calm and really ignorant to hotel time tables, non the less I was treated as if I was the "Black Woman" here to cause issues and turned away for asking a question... God as my witness, I was treated very badly immediately from the moment he opened his mouth he was aggressive and very unprofessional... I was very surprised as I was very polite and professional even as the customer from the beginning that he even immediately responded in that manner... He really came across as if I was there to start something with him, he was very, very, very stereotypical and unprofessional I cannot repeat enough. I cannot and will not say do not go there and I won't just don't ask any questions to gain understanding, matter fact don't even speak if you are a black woman, no matter how calm and polite and professional you come across....

It's was ok... could have definitely been better for the price
