No towels the toilet wouldn't flush no toilet paper no light in the bathroom dead bugs and I complained but got no response so I was so tired and went to sleep and then complained at checkout and only got a desk clerk say ok

They called 4 hours before check in and said there were no rooms available. If I had cancelled like that I would have had to pay

Staff was fine. The room is a piece of crap! Dirty, cigarette burns on the furniture. If you turn out lights over the bed the bathroom lights are out too. No microwave. The stairways were littered with trash. Towels were grey. Nasty...never again.

The room we reserved smelled like piss, the whole property was filthy and unsatisfactory, wouldn't recommend to a homeless person.

The room was very nasty as soon as we walked inside. I saw roaches in the bathroom and ceiling
. The microwave does not work. The toilet amd tub are both dirty. The wifi sucks and the internet keeps freezing. We just ened up watching tv on our phone. We will not be returning here to stay EVER AGAIN!!! If you are looking for a hotel to stay, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Because this syudio 6 is not it.

This was the worst experience that I have every had with this franchise. I received a room without heat...mold..and a disrespectful staff that refused to change our room to better conditions. I had to call corporate while I was there due to management not refunding us. BEWARE!! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. We had to go across the street to Super 8 and I iadvise to do the same. RUN FROM THIS PROPERTY!

I had a bad experience the other night and my bed broke and I was told maintenance would come the next day but didn’t. When I extended my stay last night I requested again to have maintenance come and when I got off work no maintenance. I could had been hurt when the bed collapsed and I was on it

room was not as described. My door barely shut and you had to lean on it just to lock it. The microwave looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, it had rust and mold in it. The shower also looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years with mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room however it smelled of nothing but smoke. There were large spider webs in almost every corner of the room. The boxspring was covered in stains , and the when I pulled the blanket back the sheets were also covered in stains. They also didn’t leave in any wash clothes but honestly I’m scared to even see what they would have looked like. And let’s not forget the bullet hole.
