Akila is simply amazing! Very kind, patient, and warm. I am loving my room so far. The only issue so far is that the plugs are very difficult to insert the prongs into. You have force it using a lot of strength and most aren't budging. It's only a matter of time that a guest breaks their wrist or fingers trying to do a simple task such as powering their laptop. Please consider maintenance going through and opening those up.

A group of us was served by Elisha tonight! What a wonderful experience we had!!!!! She was kind, approachable, and served with a smile! The food, services and drinks were perfect!!!

I always enjoy staying here for the friendly staff. that does little things like popping popcorn, baking cookies, putting out other snacks, and setting up a hot chocolate station in winter to make the guest experience more enjoyable. Special shout out to Solomon—I actually get excited when I walk up to check-in and see him at the desk. Rooms are being updated with now, and I like the new look. Cheers, HGI Greensboro!

We had a major identity fraud issue when we checked in and the staff did their best to make it as smooth an issue as possible for us. although we did get locked out of our room because of it they were able to get us back in fairly quickly

Awesome at Greensboro
Love the Hilton Garden Inn. Service is amazing by a dedicated staff. Also, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. They also offer a free shuttle to the nearby airport. Highly recommended.

The rooms are vey clean and starting to show their age. However, my stay went smoothly, I slept well, and the staff were great. Appreciate the made-to-order breakfast. Evenings had the dining/lounge area busy & lively.

Felt the room wasn’t so clean as we came in to having a razor on the tub and a drink in the fridge and the room smelled bad. We were given free breakfast after this complaint.
