The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Gary, the bar attendant, once again provided outstanding service—he truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

We loved the corner room with views of downtown, the comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and excellent buffet breakfast.

Second Stop, First-Class Service
This was the second stop on my itinerary, and after a truly awful experience at the previous hotel, checking in to the Marriott Durham City Center was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of.

A special thank you to the evening front desk staff he was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. After a stressful start to my trip, his friendly demeanor and quick check-in process immediately put me at ease. It made a huge difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. I truly appreciate how he helped turn things around and made this part of the trip completely stress-free.

The entire staff throughout the hotel was friendly and attentive. The amenities were excellent. I especially enjoyed having a Starbucks on-site for a convenient morning coffee. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Overall, my experience here was top-notch. Thank you again to the team, especially the evening front desk associate, for your kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay again when I’m in the area.
