There was no free breakfast, air conditioning not working and got broke into my car

Water outlet is taking too long to come out. Its hard to open and close. Iron rust also in towel racks.

I was very pleased with my stay here. My room had a surprising number of amenities, including a hairdryer, microwave, and mini fridge. The room was clean and everything worked correctly. Most importantly, the hotel staff was excellent. They made me feel welcome and quickly completed the check-in process. Overall, my stay here was a great value and I would come back for the customer service alone.

I left my wallet in my room along with a bunch of hygiene and toiletries and a JBL speaker and it seems i cant get ahold of anyone to get my belongings back. Everytime i call they want me to speakto a different peraon... i was not able to make it back to the hotel room in time to get my belongings, They also tried charging me 3 seperatw times with 3 diferent transaction amounts after my stay. Lobe you guys

Paid extra compared to other hotels in area for included breakfast, but the breakfast had only bread and cereal option (that too pretty limited for those 2 options). Not worth spending extra bucks to have breakfast included in your price. We just skipped that breakfast and had it somewhere else.

The hotel was clean, but definitely felt older and a bit run down. Staff was friendly and helpful, but they seemed very short-staffed and sometimes it was hard to get help because they were working elsewhere in the building.
The room was comfortable, but felt dated and dark, not extremely inviting.
Breakfast was very limited in options, with refrigerated items nonexistent or almost out.
Overall, good value for the money, but more of a bare-bones experience.

Staff either very blunt and came across rude and the other staff was too pushy asking to personally keep in touch after our stay
