The bathroom was not clean. Space between tub and tile was filled with dirt. Tile missing behind door was filled with dirt. Bathroom sink was plugged. Electrical strips were very dirty. Especially one behind the bed stand. Very dirty also.
Staff is very friendly. Customer service was good.

First of all, the previous reviewers must have either been paid or are frauds. This is a run down, dingy old hotel with staff that doesn't care. We spent the last 7 nights camping. We drove 10 hours to Bismarck and thought we'd try a hotel. This one had great reviews and wasn't overly expensive so we stayed with our 3 young kids. Immediately the place felt gross (obviously we aren't picky people if we are willing to camp in the wilderness without showers or laundry or electricity ect). The carpet in our room smelled like pee. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The beds were so old our backs hurt today. During the night there was a huge thunderstorm which was as loud inside the hotel room as it would have been had we stayed in a tent. We got up and thought, well at least there's a raved about continental breakfast. We just wanted to grab something and hit the road for our 6 hour drive home. As we walked to the front I was hoping the breakfast would redeem this place and we'd feel good about the money spent. Well, apparently the "cook" decided not to show up today. The front desk guy did absolutely nothing to help with this issue. There was NO food whatsoever! The front desk said "there's some coffee over there". Yeah, I can fill my 3 small children's bellies with coffee. We at least had to let them swim quick before having them sit all day. The pool area had many missing tiles and looked as run down as every other part of the hotel. I hardly ever write reviews but people have to know what this place is. Save yourself and stay at one of the other 30 hotels in Bismarck.
