The room and building is very clean, the staff is amazing, the room is comfortable, the location is great (good food and shopping options), the room pricing was very fair and it's surprisingly peaceful for being next to a highway. I definitely recommend staying at this location!

The parking lot was well lit; however, 6 cars (guests) had their tires slashed, including my daughter's car. The temperature was subzero with 20 mph wind gusts and we changed a tire, filled out a police report and needed to cancel our plans. Other guests with slashed tires asked for a late checkout and were denied. The desk clerk was rude to guests leaving and checking in.
Initial check in was a nightmare, the elderly woman at the desk had a great deal of difficulty with the reservation (especially adding the pet charge).

The evening staff was very friendly and helpful but the morning staff was unfriendly and not very helpful...I don't think we will be staying here in the future.

The lady that checked us in was very helpful, kind and polite.
There was dog hair all over the brown fleece blankets on both beds. The pillows are not comfortable and there was no hand soap, lotion, or facial tissue stocked in our room.

Very nice rooms. Staff was great especially the overnight man. Very reasonable pricing. Great place for long term as the rooms have large refrigerators and stove ranges.

The woman who checked me in was friendly, courteous, sincere & professional.
She actually remembered me from my last stay a few months back.
She noticed how tired I was and her eagerness to check me was greatly appreciated.
I prefer My Place Hotels because they are always consistent.
Clean rooms, warm, friendly staff and comfortable beds/bedding.
These rooms really do have a feeling similar to my own home.

lady up front was AWESOME, property was fairly clean but other people staying there were rude as HECK.

I feel this is still the best stay in town when amenities are not needed. No swimming pool, breakfast etc. just a good stay at a good price.
