Radisson Hotel Bismarck

Great location in the downtown bismarck area.However, the hotel can definitely use some updating. Rooms were a bit worn out, slight mold around the bathtub caulking, in the bathrooms as well.

Selling point was 24 hr airport shuttle. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to pick me up. They did drop me where I needed to be after check in. Shuttle to airport left on time. Little bits of mold on ceiling and all over shower curtain in bathtub. Some rooms have safes. Mine didn't. Convenient location for downtown.

Room was decent for the price. Didn’t have a shower curtain. Microwave was a placed on a minifridge just on the ground against a wall. Ancient iPod clock with the wrong time. Staff was nice. Shuttle service was great. Very strong AC.

This property needs updating. The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable (rolled to the middle). There was mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.

This was a good hotel downtown at a fair price. Though at this price point I would have expected breakfast included. Lobby restaurant was fine, nothing special for food, service, or price. Free parking was nice, though it's in the small/tight ramp next door. Decent drop off by front door helped. Room was nice and comfortable. Beds decent. Needed a good vacuuming under the beds. Everything at the hotel was good, except when we checked in. Took a long time for someone to come to the desk and then they were slow getting us checked in.

They were doing some construction work but the hotel is worth the stay. It was really good.

It was nice to see Josh. His family use to be the owners at the comfort inn. Josh is a great manager and will get this place looking really nice. CANT wait to see what he and the staff he manages do with this place. It has a lot of potential!

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, kids loves the pool area. The location is perfect next to the mall and many restaurants.

Decent for the price per night. Lots of space and rooms were decent. Odd features like no separate bathroom/sink light fixtures, broken locks on doors, broken beds, no towels available at pool, broken arcade games (almost 1/2), and pool area is very very dirty with broken ladders and garden lattice used to separate pool areas. Staff was very helpful and friendly though!!

The staff here was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. I also really enjoyed the pool. However, there were a few downsides. Unfortunately, housekeeping didn’t come by once during our entire 5-day stay, which was a bit disappointing. The fridge in our room wasn’t very cold, so the maintenance guy suggested just using the freezer instead...

Clean room, was quiet, love the walk in shower instead of standing in a tub, water was hot, towels were great… my only thing I missed was having a small coffee pot in the room. I like to wake up and have a cup without getting dressed and having to go downstairs to get when I didn’t plan on doing breakfast. Otherwise, great room.

Clean. Well maintained but a bit outdated and the air freshener smell was a little strong

Great place! Clean, comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

Missed breakfast but all amenities we used were great. Will definitely use this establishment again.

Room was adequate. Beds are not very comfortable nor are the pillows. The staff was friendly.

Only downside is the pet friendly room is a double queen and that’s not stated until you check in. Huge hot tub!

Room was somewhat clean, bathroom door is damaged and peeling. Needs to be replaced. Hair dryer didn’t work. Staff immediately brought a new one. Parking lot seemed creepy with vehicles that had not moved in many days, as seen by snow around them

Staff very friendly. Our bathroom not very clean. The back of the door had gross body fluid on it. That had dried. Very gross.

Room was decent, staff was personable. Got charged another 10 dollars on my credit card for some reason.

Its an old hotel. Room was musty, clean enough. Friends room was horrible. Breakfast wasn't very good. Ok for a quick stop, but likely won't go there again.

Staff was great, check-in was fast. Room was fine and clean. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The building itself and furniture are definitely outdated but I had a good stay overall. Also enjoyed that they had hard boiled eggs for breakfast, definitely better than most hotel breakfasts in general.

Free upgrade pool was surprise with rock climbing in it. Front desk was great very friendly. Breakfast good 1st day. 2nd day coffee cold no bread only biscuits. Room had some problems but reported them. Door had to be pulled closed every time

The headboard showed obvious signs of wear and some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose/missing grout… There was part of a blue rubber glove on the floor by the bed.

Very nice entry and commons space. Our room was also nice and clean. The headboard leather was ripped, which was unappealing. The pillows weren’t very comfortable. The bathroom was nice though! The employees were all kind and helpful also. breakfast was actually really great! Would stay again!

Nice room, staff was courteous, but hesitant about getting breakfast area running smoothly! Exercise (fitness) room needs immediate attention!! Treadmill inoperable, television not working, recumbent bicycle works manually, but no electronic info as you exercise!!

Items in shower from last guest. Sheets were very pilled and uncomfortable. Hot water needed to run 5 minutes before it came. Carpet was bubbling up as it was well worn.

For a $200 a night hotel the room was lacking.Was missing light bulb in lamp. No disposable drinking glasses. Only 1 coffee cup. No paper and pens. The body products in bathroom had not been checked as the body wash was completely empty. Very disappointing stay.

The shower took forever to get warm …. And didn’t seem very clean .. weird blackish areas in the shower wall! Very thin blankets. Had to ask for another blanket. The room is nothing special

I really enjoyed my stay! I especially liked the large recliner provided in the room. Thank you!

The room and building is very clean, the staff is amazing, the room is comfortable, the location is great (good food and shopping options), the room pricing was very fair and it's surprisingly peaceful for being next to a highway. I definitely recommend staying at this location!

The evening staff was very friendly and helpful but the morning staff was unfriendly and not very helpful...I don't think we will be staying here in the future.

The lady that checked us in was very helpful, kind and polite. There was dog hair all over the brown fleece blankets on both beds. The pillows are not comfortable and there was no hand soap, lotion, or facial tissue stocked in our room.

Very nice rooms. Staff was great especially the overnight man. Very reasonable pricing. Great place for long term as the rooms have large refrigerators and stove ranges.

It was clean & reasonable price- full fridge & stove if needed- just a stop because weather was bad

This hotel is adequate. We slept 5 in the room.. it was tight but ok. There are water slides that the kids enjoyed and free breakfast. Not the most amazing hotel, but it served us well. I would consider booking again when we come to town. Everything is old and upkeep could be better, but it served us well enough.

While it was clean everything was so worn and in poor condition. The pool area obviously was a hit with the kids, but not worth the hotel stay. Staff was also very short and not welcoming. Find a different place even if it means no slide.

Nice hotel. Pool was great. Doors need to be painted and chairs in breakfast room should be replaced. No exhaust in the bathroom.

The breakfast was ok, but there was no one keeping the food stocked. The place was busy and you had to wait until someone brought food out. Also, we asked for clean wash cloths and hand towels, and to empty the trash can. The dirty towels were on the floor next to the trash can, but were not picked up. Who empties the trash and leaves the dirty stuff on the floor? We had to go and ask for clean lines...

The check in took over 10 minutes, the hot tub was not working, the doors, chairs etc. were functional but were very worn and should have been replaced or at least refinished as they looked terrible. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good but the employee who was supposed to take care of things, was not doing that. People had to go to the front desk to have them locate the employee whenever...

Everything was good except the breakfast. The powder eggs are not good. Coffee was dark and very thick and strong

Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Staff was nice when seen, pool and hot tub was amazing! Kids loved it! Breakfast was good just wish it had a bit more variety or another waffle maker one maker for a family of 5 was not ideal with other trying to eat as well. Otherwise this stay was a delight!

Accommodations as advertised, staff friendly and helpful, clean facilities!

Clean and quiet; no elevator; breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.

We stayed here after a long day of driving, and it was clean and easy to find. The property doesn't have an elevator, which I didn't see in any reviews or descriptions (though I might have missed it), so we had to lug some of our heavier stuff up a flight of stairs. Otherwise, it was a nice stay, with an in-room coffee maker and a good breakfast!

We came here for our wedding anniversary of 40yrs. Restaurants are close by. Shops close by. Room clean, bed comfy. Staff wonderful!

We were beyond thrilled to walk into our room! So clean, neat, so much room! Our king bed was so comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the controls to have our room at just the right temperature. We loved that the sink and vanity were not in the same room with the shower and stool for maximizing our ‘get ready’ time in the morning. We weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub due to a late check in...

The home made breakfasts were very good. We had a small room that was ok but it was too hot. We had the window open all night. Also too few plugins.

Lousy not live LG television. Could not watch game that was on ESPN and ABC. BIG TV that was thus useless. Get some real television service. Need tea bags at breakfast !!

There was an additional $150 hold put on my debit card over and above the room cost. She didn't advise me about the hot breakfast. There was no light switch in the room.

It was clean, staff was friendly, and they served a hot breakfast. There were other places to eat within walking distance and driving distance. Gas stations were nearby. Was close to interstate and the hospital.

The photos made it look a lot nicer then it was. We had to paid an additional $150 refundable cleanliness deposit. It was never mentioned anywhere when booking, was not impressed that it wasn’t mentioned before hand.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Bathroom showed signs of wear and tear. Common areas and stair wells were well worn and not clean. Outdoor trash cans were overflowing...a bad look.

Everything was fantastic, other than on the last morning before check out we were woken up by a cleaning lady who was yelling about someone named Alex changing schedules on the phone and she seemed kinda upset. Other than that the sat was amazing, pool, breakfast, and so close to restaurants it was an easy choice for who to stay with, the Hampton inn

The rooms/beds and employees were awesome…. It was the fitness center that was so disappointing. Only had two exercise bikes and the one I used the TV didn’t work. I really was hoping for an elliptical machine. The treadmill was out of order.

The staff was really nice. Breakfast was good, every day. The hotel was nice and quiet.

Coffee was great! Decent protein choices but American cheese in the omelet is gross, although most people like it. Overall, good breakfast.

Great stay, would have wiped our room cleaned for the second night but overall good

The room was clean, beds were cozy and even with people blaring music below us, the walls are pretty well insulated so outside noise was minimal. Definitely will stay here again!

I was very pleased with my stay here. My room had a surprising number of amenities, including a hairdryer, microwave, and mini fridge. The room was clean and everything worked correctly. Most importantly, the hotel staff was excellent. They made me feel welcome and quickly completed the check-in process. Overall, my stay here was a great value and I would come back for the customer service alone.

Staff was good. Room was good but for some reason no breakfast. Could have let a person know

Paid extra compared to other hotels in area for included breakfast, but the breakfast had only bread and cereal option (that too pretty limited for those 2 options). Not worth spending extra bucks to have breakfast included in your price. We just skipped that breakfast and had it somewhere else.

Front desk very attentive, rooms clean, good breakfasts and very centrally located

The hotel was clean, but definitely felt older and a bit run down. Staff was friendly and helpful, but they seemed very short-staffed and sometimes it was hard to get help because they were working elsewhere in the building. The room was comfortable, but felt dated and dark, not extremely inviting. Breakfast was very limited in options, with refrigerated items nonexistent or almost out. Overall...

Location, room, service was great 2nd time I've stayed in this hotel

Nice place, they were in the middle of a major renovation so the upstairs rooms were all blocked off. Nice indoor pool, and pool area. Restaurant and Lounge weren't open. Not sure if of was due to the renovations or lack of business.

Good location, good rooms for price, breakfast was a little scarce however.

Older building, but inside is clean and comfortable.. The bar/ restaurant is closed now :( but it still has a nice pool and hot tub and a pool table which is awesome.. I'd stay her again.

Very nice place. The staff are calm, hospitable and attentive. Set back from the road (near the Capitol building) so very quiet. Rooms are spacious, clean and have the most comfortable beds I've come across in years. The indoor pool and hot tub were great especially when out was 90+ degrees outside. The morning continental breakfast was more like a real hot breakfast and provided in their restaurant...

I have been working the night shift temporarily in Bismarck and the Kelly inn has been very accommodating. They oversupplied the rooms with toiletries and only come by to clean the rooms once a week unless we ask for more. The beds are nice and I assume the TV is nice but haven't used it. I haven't seen a microwave or fridge in the room but some people have one in their rooms. Very good continental...

Very comfortable. We arrived about 1:30 pm after a doctors appointment and my husband wasn’t feeling well. The staff allowed us to check in early. Nice staff, clean and comfortable bed.

It’s our first time in this hotel and it was great stay! Staff are friendly and breakfast was well prepared.

Great help! Friendly, and super breakfast. Add clean and you cannot go wrong!

Clean room, nice desk attendant. But they tried opening my door at 8:15 in the morning, and continued to knock on the door and let me know house keeping was there to clean! How annoying. I thought checkout was 11:00 AM?

The gal at the front desk was very friendly. I room is a little outdated and needs paint and clean carpet. The heater kicked in about 3 min. after it shut off.

The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly Helpful staff. Continental breakfast could improve.

Stayed here while in town with family. Check in was smooth, no issues with that. Room was very large with kitchenette. Didn't smell the best. Beds comfortable and bathroom large. Breakfast was very good, solid selection. We did find by day 2 there was a large number of guests coming over from the Comfort Inn to use our breakfast area. Nice pool area, fairly busy as it was on a weekend, but kids...

The location was near the freeway. We were on a long trip and the stop was near restaurants with many choices.

Honestly both of these hotels in the same building are the best places I've ever had a room in for Choice hotels outside of that Comfort Suites in Madison, WI which had a hot tub next to the bed in a handicap room. I will 100% go to these hotels here whenever we need to get one in Bismarck.

Room was very comfortable, staff was excellent. We would stay there again when back in the area. Need to change website that says full breakfast to minimal breakfast, only had muffins, coffee and juice. Need to consider alternatives for those who aren't suppose to have an all sugar breakfast.

The hotel was clean and so were the rooms. The location is great, many restaurants, groceries store and gas stations. We were there for a funeral and we were able to gather with our family members in their large lounge area. My only complaint, which is probably a staffing issue, was the rooms are not serviced daily. Not a big deal for made beds, but would have been nice to have trash emptied and coffee...
