Everything was fantastic, other than on the last morning before check out we were woken up by a cleaning lady who was yelling about someone named Alex changing schedules on the phone and she seemed kinda upset. Other than that the sat was amazing, pool, breakfast, and so close to restaurants it was an easy choice for who to stay with, the Hampton inn

The rooms/beds and employees were awesome…. It was the fitness center that was so disappointing. Only had two exercise bikes and the one I used the TV didn’t work. I really was hoping for an elliptical machine. The treadmill was out of order.

The staff was really nice. Breakfast was good, every day. The hotel was nice and quiet.

Coffee was great! Decent protein choices but American cheese in the omelet is gross, although most people like it. Overall, good breakfast.

Great stay, would have wiped our room cleaned for the second night but overall good

The room was clean, beds were cozy and even with people blaring music below us, the walls are pretty well insulated so outside noise was minimal. Definitely will stay here again!

The headboard showed obvious signs of wear and some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose/missing grout… There was part of a blue rubber glove on the floor by the bed.

Very nice entry and commons space. Our room was also nice and clean. The headboard leather was ripped, which was unappealing. The pillows weren’t very comfortable. The bathroom was nice though! The employees were all kind and helpful also. breakfast was actually really great! Would stay again!

Nice room, staff was courteous, but hesitant about getting breakfast area running smoothly! Exercise (fitness) room needs immediate attention!! Treadmill inoperable, television not working, recumbent bicycle works manually, but no electronic info as you exercise!!

Items in shower from last guest. Sheets were very pilled and uncomfortable. Hot water needed to run 5 minutes before it came. Carpet was bubbling up as it was well worn.

For a $200 a night hotel the room was lacking.Was missing light bulb in lamp. No disposable drinking glasses. Only 1 coffee cup. No paper and pens. The body products in bathroom had not been checked as the body wash was completely empty. Very disappointing stay.

The shower took forever to get warm …. And didn’t seem very clean .. weird blackish areas in the shower wall! Very thin blankets. Had to ask for another blanket. The room is nothing special

I really enjoyed my stay! I especially liked the large recliner provided in the room. Thank you!

The room and building is very clean, the staff is amazing, the room is comfortable, the location is great (good food and shopping options), the room pricing was very fair and it's surprisingly peaceful for being next to a highway. I definitely recommend staying at this location!

The evening staff was very friendly and helpful but the morning staff was unfriendly and not very helpful...I don't think we will be staying here in the future.

The lady that checked us in was very helpful, kind and polite. There was dog hair all over the brown fleece blankets on both beds. The pillows are not comfortable and there was no hand soap, lotion, or facial tissue stocked in our room.

Very nice rooms. Staff was great especially the overnight man. Very reasonable pricing. Great place for long term as the rooms have large refrigerators and stove ranges.

It was clean & reasonable price- full fridge & stove if needed- just a stop because weather was bad

I was very pleased with my stay here. My room had a surprising number of amenities, including a hairdryer, microwave, and mini fridge. The room was clean and everything worked correctly. Most importantly, the hotel staff was excellent. They made me feel welcome and quickly completed the check-in process. Overall, my stay here was a great value and I would come back for the customer service alone.

Staff was good. Room was good but for some reason no breakfast. Could have let a person know

Paid extra compared to other hotels in area for included breakfast, but the breakfast had only bread and cereal option (that too pretty limited for those 2 options). Not worth spending extra bucks to have breakfast included in your price. We just skipped that breakfast and had it somewhere else.

Front desk very attentive, rooms clean, good breakfasts and very centrally located

The hotel was clean, but definitely felt older and a bit run down. Staff was friendly and helpful, but they seemed very short-staffed and sometimes it was hard to get help because they were working elsewhere in the building. The room was comfortable, but felt dated and dark, not extremely inviting. Breakfast was very limited in options, with refrigerated items nonexistent or almost out. Overall...

Location, room, service was great 2nd time I've stayed in this hotel

Nice place, they were in the middle of a major renovation so the upstairs rooms were all blocked off. Nice indoor pool, and pool area. Restaurant and Lounge weren't open. Not sure if of was due to the renovations or lack of business.

Good location, good rooms for price, breakfast was a little scarce however.

Older building, but inside is clean and comfortable.. The bar/ restaurant is closed now :( but it still has a nice pool and hot tub and a pool table which is awesome.. I'd stay her again.

Very nice place. The staff are calm, hospitable and attentive. Set back from the road (near the Capitol building) so very quiet. Rooms are spacious, clean and have the most comfortable beds I've come across in years. The indoor pool and hot tub were great especially when out was 90+ degrees outside. The morning continental breakfast was more like a real hot breakfast and provided in their restaurant...

I have been working the night shift temporarily in Bismarck and the Kelly inn has been very accommodating. They oversupplied the rooms with toiletries and only come by to clean the rooms once a week unless we ask for more. The beds are nice and I assume the TV is nice but haven't used it. I haven't seen a microwave or fridge in the room but some people have one in their rooms. Very good continental...

Clean room, was quiet, love the walk in shower instead of standing in a tub, water was hot, towels were great… my only thing I missed was having a small coffee pot in the room. I like to wake up and have a cup without getting dressed and having to go downstairs to get when I didn’t plan on doing breakfast. Otherwise, great room.

Clean. Well maintained but a bit outdated and the air freshener smell was a little strong

Great place! Clean, comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

Missed breakfast but all amenities we used were great. Will definitely use this establishment again.

Room was adequate. Beds are not very comfortable nor are the pillows. The staff was friendly.

Only downside is the pet friendly room is a double queen and that’s not stated until you check in. Huge hot tub!

Very comfortable. We arrived about 1:30 pm after a doctors appointment and my husband wasn’t feeling well. The staff allowed us to check in early. Nice staff, clean and comfortable bed.

It’s our first time in this hotel and it was great stay! Staff are friendly and breakfast was well prepared.

Great help! Friendly, and super breakfast. Add clean and you cannot go wrong!

Clean room, nice desk attendant. But they tried opening my door at 8:15 in the morning, and continued to knock on the door and let me know house keeping was there to clean! How annoying. I thought checkout was 11:00 AM?

The gal at the front desk was very friendly. I room is a little outdated and needs paint and clean carpet. The heater kicked in about 3 min. after it shut off.

The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly Helpful staff. Continental breakfast could improve.

Stayed here while in town with family. Check in was smooth, no issues with that. Room was very large with kitchenette. Didn't smell the best. Beds comfortable and bathroom large. Breakfast was very good, solid selection. We did find by day 2 there was a large number of guests coming over from the Comfort Inn to use our breakfast area. Nice pool area, fairly busy as it was on a weekend, but kids...

The location was near the freeway. We were on a long trip and the stop was near restaurants with many choices.

Honestly both of these hotels in the same building are the best places I've ever had a room in for Choice hotels outside of that Comfort Suites in Madison, WI which had a hot tub next to the bed in a handicap room. I will 100% go to these hotels here whenever we need to get one in Bismarck.

Room was very comfortable, staff was excellent. We would stay there again when back in the area. Need to change website that says full breakfast to minimal breakfast, only had muffins, coffee and juice. Need to consider alternatives for those who aren't suppose to have an all sugar breakfast.
