Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG in Cleveland

Slightly outdated equipment in the room, very spacious room, loud air conditioning, breakfast available to order from the menu.

The stay was ok housekeeping didn’t clean our rooms we couldn’t get clean bedding the bar downstairs was ok just super over priced it was fair

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

Late night check in I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk.

Generally speaking, it is acceptable, but it is at the domestic all-season level. This is very different from the positioning of Hotel Indigo in China. Friends from China should be prepared for this. Apart from the front desk, basically do not have expectations for service. This is an American hotel after the epidemic. the usual situation.

I was worried after reading the reviews below, as I had already booked the room, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly and pleasant. Our car was not rummaged through. Our room was clean with soft bed sheets, great pillows and soft towels(nothing is worse than sandpaper hotel towels!) The only let down was that our bed was not a sleep number bed(i lifted every corner to try to find the controls & it was a beauty rest) and it was hard as a rock! Not very good sleep for the night. I bought a package that included the breakfast and valet parking too. There were no extra charges on my card. Overall very nice, so don't be deterred from the other comments!

Super friendly staff! It was easy to find and because they have valet parking, it was super easy getting in-and-out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the arenas in the heart of Cleveland. I plan to go back in the future. I really enjoyed the smell of the shampoos and soaps available. It was a bonus that the front desk with super helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and bars.

Have stayed at this location a few times and am very satisfied. The hotel is clean and staff is always friendly and accommodating. The decor is a little dated, but frankly, who cares? We only spend time in the room to sleep and shower. You simply can't beat the location if you're attending an event at Progressive or the Q.
