Overall, just kind of a dirty hotel. The sheets were stained, the curtains were so stained i refrained from looking out the window. You could literally see people’s hand prints from opening the curtains so much. Lamp shades were extremely dusty. Elevator doors were engraved with all different types of graffiti & writing, just extremely ghetto dirty.

Location is convenient. Parking is secure. Check in was smooth. Although the hotel is older and has some imperfections, it was clean and everything was functional. I didn’t think the breakfast was quite as good as described in other reviews. There was some moisture that developed on our carpet right by the HVAC unit but it didn’t affect our stay. Still, it is a good value and I’d stay here again without hesitation. Hotels like this sometimes get poor reviews from tightly wound people with unrealistic expectations, but if you’re a reasonable person who needs a place to stay for a day or two, you can’t beat it.

Shower was filthy amd had to clean out to take shower
The toliet would keep running. The elevator was very old and slow ans sometimes took three or four times for doors to shut. The cleaning staff would keep turning off the heating and cooling and open the closed shades i left for reason. The variety at breakfast was very minimal and not very appealing.

Staff asked to change my room at check. Wasnt aware of the change to the room until after. No tub. Towels were also folded on the rack but had dirt on the bottom. The shower handle shifted while turning on and had mold under it. Lotion bottle for my stay had already been used by someone. Had i not been so tired i would have left.

They really need to update the facility
One young female staff member was very rude
One of two of the elevators was broke the inside of the working elevator needed to be upgraded

My entire stay was great! It's located near downtown next to Cleveland State University and Playhouse Theater. Also located near by within 5 -10 minutes is downtown Clevelend, the Flats, the Cavaliers basketball arena and Guardians baseball stadiums. Parking is $14 per day and they do have a buffet breakfast avaliable from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.The staff was professional, pleasant, helpful and I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone.

Very dated , elevator ridiculously slow, poor parking configuration for events at Wolstein center as they use their lot to allow event goers and force you into the literal parking basement. Room had mold in tub and water that had leaked from somewhere. Bed was ok and ac was fine. Good for sleeping only.

Room was ok it had a mini fridge and microwave in it for convenience but my problem came with the friends that were in my room (roach) then the sheets were stained carpet was stained. Pricing was decent for the stay I did enjoy the courteous staff despite the housekeeper that was upset because she couldn’t fit her cart on the elevator with us and proceeded to go back and forth with me about it, then start speaking in her native language of Russian. I also appreciated the free breakfast it actually was made fresh and with a smile. The ice machine was down on my floor but every other floor was available for ice so I did not mind the ride up. Overall i give this stay 6/10

Parking was ok. Close proximity to hotel.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Carpet floor in room was dirty.
Room was clean. Sheets and towels appeared clean.
TV was ok. (remote was not user friendly)
Wifi-connection was not working.
Breakfast was hot. Selection was good. Breakfast lobby and counters were clean.
