We arrived here and the front desk staff was very rude. Get to our room finally which seemed to be the furthest one from everything we walk in and it smelled so bad of urine. It was not what the pictures showed when we booked. Did not have a full kitchen as shown. No ocean view as stated. The floor looked like it was mopped with mud. I couldn't let my grandbabies walk on that floor or touch anything. Then they send us to a sister one down the street and that was just as bad. Still waiting for a refund from them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you want to enjoy your stay.

The room was nothing like in the pitcher I was looking at when I book the room for my wife and I. Nothing was new like they say so I wasn't happy with it at all

When I booked the room, I requested a suite that allowed pets and smoking. When I arrive to check in I was charged for my service animal although the policy states that service animals are free. The attendant was rude and short with me. The room that I booked was not the room that I received. The bathtub was peeling The patio area was dingy, the room was very dated, though it was clean, the bedding was clean as well, but there was no actual blankets on the bed, just a very thin sheet material over the flat sheet. The indoor pool and hot tub has no ventilation system so there’s lots of condensation inside causing mold to grow between the tiles in the hot tub. The pool was cloudy.

The rooms were horrible. Felt like mold was in air conditioning. Had several bites on our body from sleeping in beds. Tubs may me feel like I was better off dirty. Staff was super helpful and sweet though.

So never do reviews but after reading a lot of them on this place i wanted to. 1st yes it is out dated needs some updating and some repairs sliding door to balcony hard to open. Room even though out dated i looked all over never seen and bugs for most part it was clean. Beds was good and clean. If they did some updating it would be a great place. But for the money it was ok

Don’t judge this “book” by its cover
I was really impressed on how much room we had. The only issue we had was that we were on the 5th floor due to it was a smoking room. We did have a view of the beach and I was really surprised to see they had a parking deck which made it really nice. Plus we also had access to the pool next door.

The air condition needs to be repaired in the room. And the elevator needs to be looked at because it wasn't working correctly. Walking from where we was parked to the elevator there was food on the floor like people just dropped what they ate and no one cleaned it up. Other than that I loved it. Wish the pool could have stayed opened a lil longer, for my kids.

We went with a group and we were disappointed. The rooms are very outdated. The hotel is very old and has cockroaches. The staff is very tired and does not let you enjoy yourself. They told us to turn down the music and when we left they said we had to wash the utensils and clean the stove when clearly we did and it was not our obligation to leave it sparkling clean because that is what the cleaning lady is for. Because we did not have soap and sponges and did not go upstairs, they did not return our 100 dollars of the deposit and the tub was clogged. We would definitely not go back.

The staff here was amazing! I came in frustrated because a faulty reservation from another hotel not accommodating my family and our paid reservation, and the amazing lady at the front desk turned my day around! She understood my frustration with the other hotel and went above and beyond! We ended up extending our stay and will definitely make sure we come here next time! Room was spacious with an access to cook a full breakfast and easily walk straight to the beach! The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers and maintenance were super friendly and helpful! I regret catching the names of all the staff I encountered because they all definitely deserve a shout out! It’s the little things that make a trip amazing! Thank you again! -Bean 🫶🫶
