No breakfast 😂 so that was a lie, still pet friendly but will not ever stay again. Lots of vagabond at main entrance to hotel, had to go through back entrance to avoid. Broken shower curtain, dirty looking towels....

Photos don't match in person
Sprinkler system falling out of ceiling, floors had a wet sticky feeling throughout, stained bed sheets. Trash all around exterior of hotel. Very run down, doesn't match pictures.

It was roaches in the room soon as we checked in. Walked in the bathroom and it was urine and tissue in the toilet. I will never book her again. I checked in and checked right out. People hanging out at the entrance of the parking lot

Coffee with powdered cream is not breakfast and isn’t even acceptable as coffee! At least put out liquid milk or preferably 1/2 & 1/2. Staff kind of blaise.

This property is falsely advertised it is very much in a dangerous location with bullet proof glass on the staff check in area and is disgusting. We left and did not stay.

My overall experience with this franchise on 12/13/2017 at lunch time was horrible. The manger that was running the drive window customer service was horrible. She was unporofessional and unwelcoming. Manger was being extremely hostile and disrespectful. The words she used was not disrespectful, it was the tone behind her wording. I am a probation officer here in the Charlotte area. Me and my coworkers go out and eat all the time. On the day we felt very disrespected by this managers customer service. I Come for a service to be respected not to be disrespected. She as a African American female should conduct herself in a better professional manner. 0/5 Stars 0

I pulled to the drive thru and was placing my order and the girl that was taking my order was rude AF an was rushing me like wouldn't let me finish placing my order. THEN IM ALLERGIC TO ALL SEAFOOD SO WHY WHEN I get my CHICKEN SUPREME COMBO AND MY CHICKEN TENDERS TASTE LIKE & SMELL LIKE IT WAS FRIED IN fish Grease throat and tongue swelled up.. Hell my whole face...NOR WAS MY FRIES DONE THEN GONE TRY TO OUT seasoning ON THEM LIKE I WASNT GONE TELL TGE difference.. TASTE like I bit into a pealed patatoe with seasoning

They screwed up my order twice. Mind you, I’m vegan/vegetarian. When I still ate eggs I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit from the drive-thru. The teller kept saying “Cajun, egg and cheese?” And I kept refuting her saying “no ma’am. JUST egg and cheese. Of course my total was much higher. That was because after all that shouting back and forth to get my order right she STILL rang up a Cajun egg and cheese. They were not busy but took 10 minutes to give me my corrected order that I had to go into the store for. Plus they refused to refund the difference (of $2.50) and I’m a single mom who wanted her 2 bucks back.

I always experience something bad with this Bojangles. The first time about half of our chicken was not fully cooked. My uncle informed the cashier about this and she was extremely annoyed by this. Told him it was the cooks fault but he was no longer on his shift and she couldn’t do anything about it. Total BS. The second time I walked in for lunch. I was immediately harassed for money by this smelly crackhead. Not to mention it was packed for their Throwback Thursday special. I get to the register and TRY to order my food. Before I can even open my mouth the cashier(who looks like a can of coke, she was like 4’10 and must of weighed about 200 pounds) begins to yell at what I assume is her boyfriend from across the restaurant. She yells at him for about a minute. After she’s done with him she turns her fat neck and just stares at me. I wait for her to say “How can I help you” but nothing. I order my food and wait another 8-10 minuets. Get my food and leave. Terrible bojangles.

The only way I was able to leave a review was to give them one star. Clearly they deserve no stars. I ordered my food and when I took it to the table, looked at the biscuit and fries which she had called over the microphone to have fries cooked....the fries were old....the biscuit didn't meet Bojangles standard of biscuits. So, I took it back....she gave me more old fries, this time in a bag, and another flat buiscuit......she didn't seem too concerned that I had an issue with the food, seemed more irritated that I would be complaining....... thought about informing the manager but he was in the back, a part of the crew delivering the bad food......I'm just going to spend my money elsewhere......not with Bojangles.....I'm good!

I'd visited this taco bell 5 times with my order wrong once after a longer than normal wait, but I brushed it off because I figured it happens so once isn't an issue. My last visit before tonight I had a RIDICULOUS wait (about 20 mins, every visit has been in the drive thru) and when we got home our order wasn't correct plus the female in the window was cutting up with her coworkers (which is absolutely fine if the wait weren't ridiculous and the order wrong), playing on her phone, even had her phone in her hand charging while assisting us in the window. The wait was longer than normal again tinight and we didn't get ANYTHING that we ordered. This is absurd.

Food was good just needs improvement on the rest of the store. Sad they have to lock the bathrooms due to the homeless around

Don't come here expecting "fast" food. Took me 22 minutes to be seen to order and then another 30 for the food to be made. It was a dead Sunday. LAZY. Dont waste your time.

Do not bring your family here. Bad place. Not family friendly. Bathroom does not have changing table. Staff do not know what they are doing. Several people in there that looked like they were selling drugs. Obce more do not go to this Wendys.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS. This do not have changing table for babies, service was horrible, and to end, some of the customers seem to have a drug point. While there, one pf the excrements of earth grab one pf the woman by the neck and told her something. Took my family the heck put of there.
