This hotel is infested with roaches.

The room was dark because I couldn’t open the curtain and ventilate the room.

For the age of the building, the Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front staff were friendly and welcoming. The area is a bit sketchy, and it can be very noisy from the outside due to the door seals.

The staff that attended was very rude unfriendly at check in restroom nasty dirty location look a bit unsafe they greet you behind a security window. Overall a nightmare bedbugs.

Not your fanciest place but they never claimed go be. Food was good. I prefer fresh not frozen fish (which they had trouble understanding this only means has never been frozen). Wife had whiting and fried wings it was great. I had meatloaf it was good too. I'm just really big on presentation and it looked like crumbled beef.
Our meals were great. However, no one cared for the desserts we purchased. Banana Pudding or the sweet potatoes pie.

We had a five hour layover in Charlotte today so we asked local airport employees to recommend a place to eat. Floyd's was the popular choice. Only a 12 minute drive from the airport however as we pulled up to the location there were more than a few raised eyebrows at the fast food appearance of the restaurant. Not the best first impression. However, once inside we were greeted by friendly staff ready to take our orders (all nine of us). The food was delivered to our table fast and hot. The fried fish was excellent. The wings, a popular order with our group was the biggest hit. Six plump wings served hot out of the fryer. Greens, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and gravey, yams all excellent sides and very large portions. The price, more than reasonable. Highly recommend Floyd's the nexr time you're laying over in Charlotte.

I been to a lot of restaurants in my life but this is the worst place I ever been the worst customer service I ever seen the waitress is cloudless of what we are ordering she didn't have us the right order not only she was slow but we asked for a ? spoon extra plate and a juice for my son and it took her to come back 30 min this is the fare the worst place to Eat and don't let me start in the food.... Nasty Nasty Nasty Old Food

Did not speak much english! My server I asked for limes she said ok -Never came back to the table. I had to look for someone to pay my bill. However the food was Excellent!

This place does not have a copycat menu of every other place in the southeast. It is unique, usually very good. With that said, food appeal and service are uneven. I very much like having breakfast here. Delicious usually.

THE BEST PLACE TO GO!!... No it's not exactly English friendly.... but do you want American Mexican or REAL good food... the BIGGEST portions you can imagine... and I mean HUGE.... I was a bit angry because someone brought me a check and left and I assumed someone would come back to find out after 20 min I was supposed to go pay up front.. either way I got fajitas... and 3 people could have ate off it for 10 bucks.. I mean really... let the little things go when it's awesome food and INSANELY HUGE PORTIONS... I didn't come for the staff... as long as u d idnt wait for ever for the food and it Was great... then PERFECT!
