I always use stay there but this place needs renovation badly & clean up and let me tell you if you somehow leave anything behind is not yours as little as telephone charger it’s in sane NO LOST & FOUND imagine you forget something valuable I’m sorry you have to able to trust your employees or let them go otherwise it’s bad reputation.

Rooms are alright,but not too good ! I’m a Truck Driver and I didn’t want to stay in the truck for two nights so I stayed here because of the parking ! Pool is there but didn’t have any water ! Place has some potential but needs a lot of work !!

I travel to Laredo for work often this is my second time spending my weekend at this hotel the front desk staff is great beds are comfy room is always clean ac works great I'm definitely going to be a long time customer of this establishment

Bed Bugs.. huge bed bugs, and they wouldn't give us a refund! it was 1 am when we arrived and 2 Am when we got out of there!
the rude person in shift just keep acting rude and making her I don't care face. the worst part is she admitted they knew they had bedbug problems!!!

Worst experience room was durty and full of roaches. we are here for a white night stay with my family and kids. As soon as I walked in, I knew the room was gonna be bad. I opened a cabinet and it was full of roaches, and the bathroom was disgustingly bad. El cuarto estaba sucio y lleno de cucarachas
