There is still a big hole in the ceiling above the bathtub . When the room above it runs its shower, water sprays everywhere in my bathroom

This is the 3rd day in a row that I haven’t received towels. when I asked the front desk for towels yesterday, it seemed like the clerk acted as if I were annoying him. Maybe not, that’s just the impression I got

Room was filthy and lights didn’t even work. Area is very sketchy. so girls please beware. Groups of men hang out outside some rooms. We did not feel safe so we ended leaving.

It’s an inexpensive motel but surprisingly clean!!!! The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful..

Again, the room was very clean, last time I stayed at the red roof and the room was smelly and the a/c didn’t work great.

Surprisingly a great experience!

Rooms are ok for the price. Super friendly and helpful staff. I visited Starbase and it's one of the closest hotels.

Air conditions did work, lights did not work, towels stained, bathroom disgusting, things falling off walls and ceiling and floor.

The front desk staff is exceptionally great with the check in. The only problem with the property is they could step up the exterminations.

For the price what else do you expect but the rooms are ok the floor was dirty looks like the did not cleaned in days but we found some cockroaches.

Someone needs to teach the cook what an over medium egg is. First one was so Brown and hard. Next one was so runny and barely cooked. Coffee was lukewarm, bacon wasn't done and hash browns dropped off grease. Coke was good.

Place was packed, parking sucks. Waitress/host wasn't very warm. Ordered pumpkin cream pancakes. Waitress brought them out and said night shift didn't bother to make the cream so there was none. Didn't offer any alternative. The ham and egg sandwich I had was amazing however.

Great waitress and service and no long wait. Food was delicious. $ not too pricey.

The food is delicious. The service is incredibly quick and the staff are really friendly. And the pricing is great too. The value meals are hard to beat!

I was visiting Austin from Canada and the whole experience was so good that I came back each day for breakfast without considering any other places.

Asking if you got a tip ? Do you see it on the table? Do you see it on the total on the credit card receipt?! No! if you are rude. You get no tip!! That's NOT how it works. You don't say, your my last table and I'm out. You don't get to complain on what I ordered because you don't like making banana splits. Just SAD
