All staff were friendly and polite. Very clean and comfortable room. Great location directly across the street from the DC metro subway station. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a very nice place to stay however parking is a nightmare and after the amount you pay per night you would think parking would be free…it’s not! I went to enjoy the hot tub while it was empty but I guess after people have been in and out it was a little dirty.
Now for my suite: very nice and spacious took a while to warm up but it was comfortable once it did…however my toilet wouldn’t flush and it just ran all night and then I noticed my glassware had some stuck on residue at the bottom of it. All in all my stay was not that bad. I appreciated the breakfast and complimentary drinks

Unfortunately, our stay was marked by several inconveniences. We experienced an issue with the shower drain that was not resolved despite engineers coming multiple times, which caused repeated interruptions and a lack of privacy. This was especially frustrating as we were trying to get ready for New Year’s and had a restaurant reservation.
This was our second time staying at this hotel because it is extremely convenient, and our previous experience was positive—you can even read my review from last year. That said, this stay did not meet the same standards.
In the end, the hotel did change our room, which we appreciated; however, the situation should not have escalated to that point. Additionally, one of the front desk managers mentioned that there would be some type of incentive or compensation due to the inconvenience, but we were never contacted or followed up with by management.
Overall, while the staff made efforts to help, the hotel itself is in urgent need of updates and better maintenance. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience.

We were waken up by the loud lobby music at 4 a.m. From Brittany Spears to Maria Carey, we were confused where we were, and why we were there.

Wonderful 2-night stay with our family. Very handy that it’s so close to the metro station. Beautiful and clean, comfortable beds, many delicious options for breakfast… The snack bar from 5:30-7 was great too. This is our second time to stay at Embassy Suites, and we have another stay booked in a couple weeks. Thanks for the delightful experience!

We stay here often as it is convenient and walkable in Old Town. The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. We recommend for couples and families.

This was a great hotel-daily breakfast that could be made to order or just chosen on the line. Nightly happy hour, convenient parking. The best thing for us was the convenience to the Metro, bus and trolley-literally across the street! We only drive our car once to go to Mt. Vernon. Other days we went into DC so very easily on the Metro-so nice not to have to fight traffic. We walked all over Old Town which was straight down the street from the hotel. So glad we found this hotel.

Room was spotless, all employees are nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative was that apparently some guests don’t think they have to watch their kids and let them just run around like *******.
Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the pool bc it was overran by loud and rowdy people.

Don’t bother ordering for delivery online ahead of time if you want your order at a specific time. I placed an online order yesterday for 11:45am delivery today & it’s already 15 minutes late. Our meeting starts at Noon & I have no pizza. I called & was told there was a bigger order ahead of me. I was given no warning & this is poor customer service. I have 7 years corporate catering experience & I’ve never told a customer they’re food is coming out late because there’s a bigger event ahead of them. Completely awful!!!!

How many stars do you take off for a mouse running through the dining area? I wish I saw it before I ate my slice and fed the kids:(( Apart from the pizza cheese probably sampled by the mouse, the pizza is ok. The ambiance is cold and uninviting. The place is a little shabby, the toilet seat in the women's bathroom is broken etc. The service was fine. In general, we would have been better off getting pizza at Whole Foods across the street.

Love this place. Best pizza and pasta place around old town alexandria area. I come here quite often for lunch and order my favorite salad (Gyro salad). My wife is a big pasta fan and a harsh critic, but Quattro is her place when in the area. Great service and family runned. Enjoy!

Great food, weekends too. Mostly it's a pizzeria with dinners and great food. Pizzeria ambiance and not just good pizza. Doing causal and kicking back place a-ok! No ties, no table cloths.

Good subs but the customer service is horrible. At least it was today. The girl who works the register rushes you through your order & then interrupted me to greet another customer. As I'm trying to confirm my order, she tells me "I heard the first time" jesus was with her because it took all of my strength not to come across the counter. The manager was rude as well when I told him one of my sandwiches was wrong. I won't return to this location & I will be speaking with who ever is over the current manager.

I ordered a tuna. It was huge. Of course, this is my first time. I was pleased. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. It's a very inviting atmosphere. Plenty of room to enjoy lunch.
