I liked the hotel location and everything else, but the cleanliness of the bed and shower room was disappointing because I found hair that had not been cleaned.

The best hotel we've stayed so far as it was generous and had everything one needs - laundry, gym, excellent breakfast buffet, free all day coffee,great free wifi among others. Location is excellent and near all major attractions. Definitely coming back!

Lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, in a great location. The staff are what makes the place stand out though - everyone was friendly, welcoming and really helpful.

Superb, clean hotel with welcoming staff.
Large space including a beautiful kitchen area with table and chairs, a living room (TV, coffee table, and sofa bed), a large bedroom with two double beds, and a bathroom.
Quiet, clean.
Across the street, you have a convenience store (minimarket), very convenient for cooking.
Full breakfasts, served with non-disposable dishes. Fresh water with lemons is available all day, which is a real plus.
A bit of a walk from the main attractions.

Hotel was located at the best possible location. Staff was friendly and hotel had required amenities. Breakfast was good.

The room wasn't even cleaned! Between 2 nights! Never seen that for a 4 star hotel! The breakfast is horrible! Not even tomatoes! Fake orange juice. So the breakfast was basically horrible. In the general toilet on the 1st floor there was no paper to wipe your hands. Only 1 elevator works out of two! While there are more than 11 floors you can imagine the wait! Well the elevator doesn't work while there are more than 11 floors, so you can imagine the wait! So the price quality is horrible

Need to update facilities. It took 10 mins to pay one ice cream in counter. Water machine was broken and never fixed for 5 days. Breakfast area is small and food is so so.

Don't get tricked by the appetizing sandwich board signs. The signs make the food look much more appetizing than it actually tastes. I really don't understand how Taylor Gourmet gets it name or why people rave about subpar subs.
Got fooled into ordering the featured veggie sandwich from the sign. I forget the name of it, but it had eggplant, arugula, tomato, onion, and goat cheese stuffed in the classic bread. The bread was so thick that I couldn't taste any of the filling, which was a hodgepodge of veggies poorly blended together. The eggplant wasn't grilled and had a funny taste. Something was missing and hard to pinpoint exactly what could make it better.
When you see an alluring Taylor Gourmet sandwich board, take a deep breadth and walk over to Potbelly. Resist the temptation. $10 will buy you a much better sandwich at Potbelly (that actually looks and tastes like the pictures and you can pick the thickness of your bread!) and a nice gooey cookie. A much sweeter deal.

Excellent food made quickly with fresh ingredients. Friendly staff who can provide guidance about menu selections. Sit by the window which faces the street for people watching. Ceiling has coolest art installation made entirely of utility buckets.

The Sandwich Spot, definitely hits the spot. Excellent service, staff always friendly and every customer, leaves with smile. And then, there's the sandwiches...you just have to try them..the best you gonna get ...

Excellent food real Korean Traditional cuisine, the place is nice and quiet and the waiter very professional, but the flavor is amazing if you come to Washington DC and you like the Korean style I recommend the Mandu.

Great place for Korean food. Got there right at opening and the bar staff was nice and helpful. Ordered the lunch special and the tacos and mandu were perfect.
