The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early as well as get a late checkout time, and everyone seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay.

Awesome room. Awesome veiw. Staff was amazingly nice and helpfull. On duty management at the time was a little short and not very friendly might have been a bad day. No worries Thank you for your hospitality.

Room was clean but had a weird smell. Thermostat was broken but they fixed it upon request. Staff was great.

We liked the hotel, it was clean and very comvinent located in dowtown. Breakfast was good.
My recomendaton is that the parking situation need to improve. Practically the hotel is not reponsible for parking at all.

Good property in downtown Norfolk next to the harbor. Staff at front desk rectified a situation at check in and handled it very well. Gym is excellent, spacious with a lot of the state of the art equipment. Bar could use one more bartender than on duty but the 10th floor lounge is good. A tad outdated rooms and amenities but overall a good property when in Norfolk.

I had a terrible experience with the night shift customer service at this hotel. The front desk clerks were incredibly rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional, showing no concern for my well-being as a customer. Their nonchalant attitude and eagerness to leave made me feel unwelcome and disregarded. I even took pictures of the two clerks, as I was so taken aback by their behavior. Because of this unacceptable service, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was fine except the heat wasn’t working properly. The first night I had to get an additional blanket but was still cold and the next 2 nights maintenance said they would have it so that the heat wouldn’t go off but that didn’t work either

This was probably once a nice hotel but it really feels like it’s in disrepair. Cold water didn’t work in the sink

This hotel was an excellent choice. Everything was outstanding!
But the best part was the staff!!! All were wonderful and treated us exceptionally well!!!
