Everything was disgusting. Staircase smelled like urine, elevator took forever. There were no clean linens, room was not cleaned. Trash at the pool area was not picked up our entire stay. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, and faucet was broken. Very limited parking for handicapped patrons and owner is quick to call the tow truck on you even with tag. Lamp shade was very soiled, unsure what was on it. There was splatters of liquid on the walls. The two rooms I got one had cigarette holes burned in the duvet, and the other room didn’t have a duvet. The one door had tint on it to block the sun the other did not which made it difficult after sunrise for children to sleep. Mildewy bathroom, where someone did not paint very well at all. These are just to name a few.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! The only thing good about this place is the location. We arrived on Tuesday, went straight to the bathroom to change into my swimsuit. Threw my swimsuit up on the towel rack above the toilet, when I grabbed my suit to put it on, a joint fell on the floor. The floors in the room were disgusting, you could not walk around barefoot or your feet would be black. We asked for extra pillows and was told they don’t do that. We booked the room for 3 nights and room service did not come once while we were there. We was told when I asked about it that’s something you have to request. So, we had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and clean towels every time we needed them. The hallways were gross as well. Carpets in the hallways are black from lack of cleaning. One morning we got in the elevator and someone had dropped a bunch of French fries and chicken, went to the beach for 3 hrs and when we got back the food was still in the elevator with flies flying around. So so gross! I was really not expecting much with this place because you get what you pay for. I just wanted something affordable for me and my children, close to the beach, nothing fancy, but this place is on another level. Don’t waste your money here. I travel a lot and I have never in my life stayed somewhere so dirty.

The only positive thing I can say is the location is good and our view on the 3rd floor was good. Otherwise, dirty. Very very dirty. I can overlook the slow elevator and even the rude employees. I can not overlook the fact that our room was not serviced a single time during our 3 night stay. I asked for it then was told NO they can't send room service because they were working on the checkout rooms. I asked for more towels at least and I had to call again for those later in the day. Anyway, this review boils down to just me venting because I have read others and it seems they get a generic reply followed with no change. I will share some pictures though. This is something I actually never ever do because all in all its over now and we all had a good time just being at the beach. I can't help but to warn others though because it's obvious they don't care to make changes. They don't care to keep guests comfortable by providing at least a CLEAN stay. My husband has done missionary work in a 3rd world country and he says hotels there even treat you better than this place.

My family and I had a 2 night stay at this hotel. When we got there after a 12 hour drive they did not have the room we reserved. We had called about 5 hours into the drive to make sure they had our room, but when we arrived they only had rooms with one bed not two. We had to sleep separately. The night receptionist was very nice, the first night, however in the morning they were rude, and a worker named Natasha was very immature and unprofessional. She acted like we did something wrong by having 2 rooms. She actually tried to make us combine rooms at 10 pm our 2nd night. I had to call corporate office to stop this.
The hotel is dirty, hallways loud, pool cold, broken ladder on pool, very small breakfast, one waffle maker for all guests to share, A very terrible experience, will never stay there again. It's too bad, because this hotel has a great view of ocean

This was the least expensive oceanfront option for a reason! There are some extreme maintenance issues. I fixed my own shower drain. If you fear germs, pay the higher price and stay elsewhere. The pool is shaded most of the day. The parking lot doesn't have enough spaces and is a block away. The location is perfect if you can get past it's lack of both maintenance and cleanliness. I'm surprised they are an approved Wyndham group hotel.
