Highlight was attending a HGV Ultimate Access experience at the Mermaid Winery, hosted by Jordan Wax. She provided a small group of us with limousine bus service from the resort to/from the winery

The hotel was very nice and clean! The customer service was top notch. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner was loud. Other than that, no complaints at all about my stay!!

We love this Double Tree Hotel. The staff is always nice & the parking & check-in are always easy. The onsite restaurant having live music, good food & drinks is an added bonus!

Ivy at the front desk was so friendly and check-in was easy and quick. The other young woman at the desk was equally friendly and she worked back to back Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We didn’t get to take advantage of a lot of the amenities, but the experience made us want to return when we have more leisure

’ had an early appointment and being able to leave and return to the parking garage suited our schedule very well. We had a good visit and hope to return in early spring

Had a full beach view.The beach was beautiful. Front desk attendants were absolutely fantastic, treated my family and I like celebrities. Tulus was fantastic.

The experience from check in to check out was great. The view from our room was excellent, and the cleanliness and comfort of the room were ideal

So I gave it 5-stars because it has a beach, pools, and great balcony view. The bummers were food and activities

Loc is good and cleaning is good , however. I see small cockroach and Swimming pool is terrible and the room floors are ages ago. I didn’t expect part of holiday-inn hotels

Its a good hotel I have stayed here weeks. The people at the front desk always saying hello and being cool. Angelica, Mina, Anitra, Taylor, Tonee and Ben all nice and get whatever you need

The interior and rooms are very nice and the front desk staff were patient and more than helpful. Sean and his team for going above and beyond during breakfast as well

Great ocean views from our balcony. Property needs some maintenance, some water damage inside that is clearly visible. Pool heaters did not work while we were there so we did not get to experience them

When you stay in the upper levels you have multiple balcony's looking over the water. Each has an entrance to its bedroom minus the living room. Granite counter tops, Stand up multi head showers, whirlpool bath's etc

Clean room with so many amenities that we enjoyed!

The only thing I did not like is having to park a block away, no breakfast like traditional Hiltons, and check out is at 10 (I feel like most places are 11 now)

It is further down the ***** so not much noise except it is near an aviation center of some sort. I did not ruin the stay though

This hotel is located in a prime location. The hotel is clean, well kept, and the amenities were lovely. The front desk staff was kind and professional. I personally would have preferred a firmer mattress

The room was clean , I love how it’s not carpet & it’s vinyl wooden floors. The beach view is amazing! You’re near the Neptune Statue. You literally can just walk straight to the beach

Stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean, the bathroom door, opening inwards was a little awkward in such a small space. The hotel staff were all very friendly. Ocean view was great. Would definitely stay there again.

It had some counter space and quite a bit of cabinet space. It does not supply any kitchen items at all, which I did not expect. The staff were all friendly and always had smiles on their faces

It was clean and a really big with space to spread out. The kitchenette was really nice because while it was only a fridge, microwave and sink, it was a small room separated by a breakfast bar

The desk lady Katy was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. She allowed us to check in early and told us about the surrounding area, since we are from out of town.

there was dried blood on the towels and very visible clumps of hair in the OPEN drain in the bathtub. the roll of tissue wasn’t replaced before we checked in. the floor wasn’t vacuumed properly

Nor'Easter stay Room setup was great, ocean view was amazing. On site restaurant had good food and ice cream. Pots, pans, and plates provided. Close to Rudey Inlet and several other sites

Balcony door seal let wind through (not a big deal), wall had a gash in it, "living room vent" had mold, staff wasn't helpful when we asked for a 2nd room and their website wouldn't let us book a 2nd room at 11pm

The restaurant beside the lobby was very delicious I give that five stars. And all the staff here were very friendly! I've enjoyed staying at Ocean Key Resort and well be gladly coming back in the future

The heater was not working, maintenance came super quick, fixed it...came back to check it was working..such a nice guy!!!

We had our wedding here and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is super friendly and took care of all our needs. The hotel was comfortable but it did seem a little older. Our view of the ocean was amazing.

After I saw a few roaches, I called the front desk and they were quick and polite while changing my room which was much nicer

We came while it was raining so no cute sunrises. Staff moved my room due to a loud party room. 2nd room was way better but the kid screaming every 30 minutes in the hall made it hard to sleep

Room was very comfortable. Bed was divine. The only complaint is that the overhang out front provided no protection from the rain. It leaked and the light rain blew completely under.

Room 604 overlooking the ocean. Access to the beach is a cinch available via the hotel's main lobby. On site pool is small, and we did not visit it during our 3 day stay

Which is a nicer hotel right next door. The downside was we didn’t get a king bed, instead we were given 2 queen beds, not a big deal unless you are a larger person (my wife and I are both small)

Actually, we (2 other couples besides us) got a call a few days before and were told that they were CLOSING during our stay! However, they upgraded our accommodations to the Hampton Inn South

Our group likes Calypso’s Grill which is connected to the Surfbreak…hence our original choice. But I think the Hampton Inn will have new customers

Everything was good, except for the $75 I had to pay for a one-night stay with my dog. That is excessive. I will look for other hotel options in the future.

Staff were amazing! Beds were bumpy and old. Curtains had holes in them. Toilet seat was put on crooked. The pool was supposed to be heated. It was like an ice bath. Will not stay at this property again.

The balcony had an amazing view! The breakfast was good, the area was very clean and organized. I wish there was regular coffee in the rooms but overall I would absolutely stay here again.

Double beds are very compact 3. In my room conditioner bottle was empty. They should have refilled before hand over the key. Only shampoo and shower gel were there. Flush was almost broken in the toiltet

Then when I do check in (different lady) she told me the complimentary breakfast is 6:30-10:00. I go down around 7:00 only to find out that was another fib
