Loved my room on the 12th floor could see the beach and pool from my balcony. Great vibe at the hotel and the starbucks on property was also a huge plus in the morning. Definitely plan on returning in the sunmer time

During our Thanksgiving stay, the hotel was all decked out with pretty Christmas lights and decorations, which added a fun, festive vibe. Overall, this resort is such a nice but cozy place to unwind and enjoy the beach

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We didn’t get to take advantage of a lot of the amenities, but the experience made us want to return when we have more leisure

Aishadia gave me the energy that my personal comfort and satisfaction was her #1 goal. and guess what, she SCORED! I was smoothly and easily moved to another room that was more suited and I was ever so grateful

Highlight was attending a HGV Ultimate Access experience at the Mermaid Winery, hosted by Jordan Wax. She provided a small group of us with limousine bus service from the resort to/from the winery

Loc is good and cleaning is good , however. I see small cockroach and Swimming pool is terrible and the room floors are ages ago. I didn’t expect part of holiday-inn hotels

Its a good hotel I have stayed here weeks. The people at the front desk always saying hello and being cool. Angelica, Mina, Anitra, Taylor, Tonee and Ben all nice and get whatever you need

The interior and rooms are very nice and the front desk staff were patient and more than helpful. Sean and his team for going above and beyond during breakfast as well

We love this Double Tree Hotel. The staff is always nice & the parking & check-in are always easy. The onsite restaurant having live music, good food & drinks is an added bonus!

Ivy at the front desk was so friendly and check-in was easy and quick. The other young woman at the desk was equally friendly and she worked back to back Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Great parking and the room was very comfortable and clean

When you stay in the upper levels you have multiple balcony's looking over the water. Each has an entrance to its bedroom minus the living room. Granite counter tops, Stand up multi head showers, whirlpool bath's etc

Clean room with so many amenities that we enjoyed!

The only thing I did not like is having to park a block away, no breakfast like traditional Hiltons, and check out is at 10 (I feel like most places are 11 now)

It is further down the ***** so not much noise except it is near an aviation center of some sort. I did not ruin the stay though

Hotel was great but oceanfront room means only seeing ocean from a certain anfle

This hotel is located in a prime location. The hotel is clean, well kept, and the amenities were lovely. The front desk staff was kind and professional. I personally would have preferred a firmer mattress

Stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean, the bathroom door, opening inwards was a little awkward in such a small space. The hotel staff were all very friendly. Ocean view was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The view was great. But, the bed was hard a rock and the bathroom was so small. Also we could hear our neighbors so well we felt like we were part of their stay as well!

The room was actually really nice. The walk to the room felt a little like walking through a dungeon but c'est la vie.

I absolutely loved my stay but realy wish that the restaurant would have been open or I would have known the restaurant wasn't open out of season. I planned on eating in it so it was a bit of an inconvenience

1st day we stayed was horrible bc the water was luke warm even after telling the front deak staff, the only good part was the breakfast- an if it was complimentary we wouldnt have ate it

It had some counter space and quite a bit of cabinet space. It does not supply any kitchen items at all, which I did not expect. The staff were all friendly and always had smiles on their faces

It was clean and a really big with space to spread out. The kitchenette was really nice because while it was only a fridge, microwave and sink, it was a small room separated by a breakfast bar

The desk lady Katy was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. She allowed us to check in early and told us about the surrounding area, since we are from out of town.

The views were amazing. The room was clean and has all the essentials. The restaurant downstairs has a great happy hour menu.

there was dried blood on the towels and very visible clumps of hair in the OPEN drain in the bathtub. the roll of tissue wasn’t replaced before we checked in. the floor wasn’t vacuumed properly

Stayed on ocean view, with balcony. Front desk was accommodating and smooth with my check in. House keepers due to covid-19 was understanding and still able to bring extra towels and bedding

Nor'Easter stay Room setup was great, ocean view was amazing. On site restaurant had good food and ice cream. Pots, pans, and plates provided. Close to Rudey Inlet and several other sites

Balcony door seal let wind through (not a big deal), wall had a gash in it, "living room vent" had mold, staff wasn't helpful when we asked for a 2nd room and their website wouldn't let us book a 2nd room at 11pm

The restaurant beside the lobby was very delicious I give that five stars. And all the staff here were very friendly! I've enjoyed staying at Ocean Key Resort and well be gladly coming back in the future

The heater was not working, maintenance came super quick, fixed it...came back to check it was working..such a nice guy!!!

Staff was extremely helpful. Close to the beach. Clean soft towels and beach towels were a blessing. Kitchen was Very small and did not have much. Overall a great experience.

There was a lot of mold, and it was falling apart. Won't stay there again. Computers were always down. Ice maker, washing machine broke.

After several minutes of back and forth, the staff upgraded us to a “suite” (small kitchenette, two bathrooms and bedroom separated from the main room). The entire building was old and not very well maintained

We had our wedding here and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is super friendly and took care of all our needs. The hotel was comfortable but it did seem a little older. Our view of the ocean was amazing.

After I saw a few roaches, I called the front desk and they were quick and polite while changing my room which was much nicer

We came while it was raining so no cute sunrises. Staff moved my room due to a loud party room. 2nd room was way better but the kid screaming every 30 minutes in the hall made it hard to sleep

Room 604 overlooking the ocean. Access to the beach is a cinch available via the hotel's main lobby. On site pool is small, and we did not visit it during our 3 day stay

I had a great stay and truly enjoyed everything. The property was clean, safe, and quiet, and the location was very convenient. Easy parking, walkable areas, and nearby shopping made it even better

Which is a nicer hotel right next door. The downside was we didn’t get a king bed, instead we were given 2 queen beds, not a big deal unless you are a larger person (my wife and I are both small)

Actually, we (2 other couples besides us) got a call a few days before and were told that they were CLOSING during our stay! However, they upgraded our accommodations to the Hampton Inn South

The service was awesome. The room was clean and magnificent. They had my mini birthday trip ...a one to remember. I definitely recommend and will come back soon.

Our group likes Calypso’s Grill which is connected to the Surfbreak…hence our original choice. But I think the Hampton Inn will have new customers

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and willing to share recommendations. Whenever we had questions they were so kind and we had some fun conversations. They even greeted our pup like she was family

The room was clean , I love how it’s not carpet & it’s vinyl wooden floors. The beach view is amazing! You’re near the Neptune Statue. You literally can just walk straight to the beach

We have stayed at The Atrium Resort before. We did request a certain floor to be on but somewhere between making the reservation and arrival the request was not made

The fact that I couldn’t sit on balcony was disappointing. Had I know the building was under renovations I would have booked else where

The parking garage is super duper tight. I hit my car and I saw other cars actually get hit in the parking garage. It was designed for small vehicles. Not SUV’s, minivans or trucks

Also not sure why there was such a difference in price (my new reservation was HALF the price of my original reservation I made months ago, same hotel, same dates, same room same everything but half the price? Thanks *******) I’d still recommend this hotel

Checking in was a breeze with no issues. Ocean front view was really nice. Rooms were clean and getting extra towels was easy. The outdoor pool setting was really nice. With the bar staff being very guest friendly

Renovations going on so some amenities not available at all or heavily restricted hours. Hotel is pretty old and needs a facelift/upgrade all around but I still had a great trip. Can’t beat cheap oceanfront

This location provides Matrix hair products and a pretty decent blow dryer. If you're doing a walk of shame , at least you'll be well coiffed. You also won't be hungry, because the complimentary breakfast bar is decent

The room does need an update but the hotel is working on that. The room, overall, was fine and we were right on the ocean so we got to watch the porpoises swim by and listen to the waves so that was great!

Very nice front desk associate. The room was clean, however serious maintenane needed. The lighting is probably a safety risk. No lights in the pool its self and one (1) operable light

We had a little trouble at first, WiFi wouldn’t work, TV was not working a few other minor things. My wife called down and talked to Chris and he immediately switched our room no problem. We will definitely stay again.

We've already booked our room for vacation in May. This was a very sudden unexpected trip and red roof was right on time with a good room and a great price. And we got to bring our dog at no additional price

The room had cigarette burns on the sheets, the door to the bathroom had a hole punched in it, the lighting in the bathroom was very low, there was bugs in the ceiling corners, a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door

I can see the effort made to improve hotel. Room size was very comfortable. Phone did not work and tv worked sporadically. Breakfast was weak but not the reason for staying. Hoping that the improvements continue

Staff was a lil bit lackluster and slightly slow. The room was nice and looked to have a few new features. The room did smell like cigarette smoke though. Overall, I had a good time and would come back if need be!

I stayed four nights over a weekend. I arrived early but they were accommodating and let me check in early. My room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent. Walking distance to shopping and great eating

The room was very clean along with the bathroom. Despite it being an older building, it is kept up and maintained. My only complaints were the towels having some hair on them and the dirty vents

she never change the bed sheets and counted every time a towel was request but only if you gave a towel back you will receive a towel. Overall not so bad,good place to lay your head

This is the one on 196 Ballard court in Va Beach. Every staffs are very nice & friendly. No interruptions, I had a procedure done and need to heal up. Do far I am still here and will be checking out on Sunday morning
