The property is just ok. The Lobby bathroom was gross. The room’s shower curtain was dirty, paint peeling in shower. The room needs more light.

Sky bar closed early the night that I was there, but the property was in top-notch condition

Great Views Loved the stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had amazing ocean views. Had a small issue with our shower that was fixed promptly and professionally. All staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

For the price, the hotel was just okay. The indoor pool was super cloudy, there was no microwave in the room, the lamp shade was ripped, and we didn’t have wash cloths in our room. The hotel itself had a weird nair like smell. I also did not know we had to pay to self park until checking in. The view from our balcony, however, was beautiful & the bed was comfortable.

I liked that the hotel is clean, the staff listens to your concerns. I didn’t like that construction was in progress and woke my friend up early in the morning due to the banging. I did get a discount on my room and I’m satisfied with t he e outcome

The woman that checked us in barely smiled and seemed like she had somewhere better to be. There was a large stain on our carpet. The biggest issue was even on the 7th floor how loud the noise was from the street level. I think new windows, sound proof, would help. Very loud vehicles and the last morning people shouting from the street.

We got the best view of the beach! Hotel is clean and nice and the service is very good. Hotel staff are very friendly and approachable.

Was a good quick trip . My 2nd visit and its just my favorite area.

The location is perfect, couldn’t ask for a better spot. The rooms are a bit smaller than we expected and the bathrooms are terribly small and poorly configured. We did not have any room service during our time there. I wasn’t sure if that was normal for 2 nights or not. Overall for the price it was a good place to stay great pools and location which makes all the difference.

To sum it all up my stay at the Hilton Beach Club in Virginia Beach was Awesome . The service was great room impeccable, the Best hotel I have ever stayed in, very clean rooms , the front desk staff was awesome , they showed us much Love and kindness throughout our visit!! This place is highly recommended, you are at home when you are there!!

My stay here was great. The pools are nice inside and outside. Didn’t make it to the 21 and over pool there was also a game room for kids next to the pool. The bar outside was great. The staff were very friendly. It wasn’t too crowded with people loading on to the elevators great distance to the boardwalk and other amenities like iFly.

The suite is very large and can accommodate 6 people. The room has a terrace and a sea view. It is very close to the beach. The hotel restaurant is also very good, specializing in seafood. The transportation is very convenient. Parking is charged.

Location is excellent. The beach is accessible from the ground floor via a patio. The hotel itself was kind of dirty. Hair in The bathroom, unvaccumed halls, and stained wallpaper. The food left much to be desired, but the staff was prompt in response to requests for extra towels and toothbrush.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay with Oceanaire Resort Hotel. The mangement team was the best ever. They found out it was our Anniversary and my wife's birthday and treated us like family. Enjoyed our stay. Only thing was the dirty pool, was closed for a whole day and was dirty again the next. People would go in from the beach, without washing up first. Location was good. Facilities were decent. The entire place is due for a remodel. The room furniture was definitely getting pretty worn. The hotel was very busy, but the areas around the pool were routinely very dirty, despite the constant presence of the pool attendant.

No real complaints . Will stay here again with the kids, pools were awesome!

Visited the hotel for the weekend and it was great. The view from the room was incredible. A Jacuzzi tub is one of my standard room request and the tub in the room was great; large with strong jets. Lastly, this hotel has the best work out gym I've ever seen. I was able to get a full body workout. Great hotel and probably my Virginia Beach go-to.

Excellent view! However, a constant whistling at the door was rather annoying overnight due to the high winds and some sort of draft in the window. Can really be heard when you open the porch door. We fixed it by lining a towel along the bottom of the door at night. Other than that, wifi was great, beds were great, bathroom was clean, but wall plugs for electronics were sparse.

Stayed here for the Christmas parade. Loved the location and had a great time. The problem with oceanfront hotels is the rooms smell damp and musty pretty quickly. This is my third stay at Best Western Plus Sandcastle. I enjoyed my room and the ocean front view every morning. The all of staff were courteous and polite, from housekeeping to dining, and front lobby Concierge. The lobby was very colorful and inviting. I paid 300 a night for a room and hotel is not worth it. Regardless being on boardwalk and having 2 restaurants. Granted hotel front desk and cleaning crews were very nice. Not so much at the oceans 14 restaurant. Beds were not that comfy, can here noise in hallways, and if your room is near the restaurant at night while the are playing live music. The room was nice and spacious… This hotel gave you easy access to many restaurants without having to drive.. Dislikes were the hot tub jets didn’t work, and the shower took forever to get pressure to even work. But will give this Hotel a 9/10. Will visit again.

The first room we were given it was 86 degrees. Maintenance tried to fix it but couldn’t so they moved us. All seemed ok until I went to use the safe and a battery was missing, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and the air stopped working. The only issue i have with this place is the parking. Not enough space for all the guests and you have to pay $9 a day. Great access to the boardwalk, the breakfast buffet is free and pretty good.

Family Vacay We had an amazing time at the Boardwalk! They had children's activities every day, which was a happy surprise. The view from our room was amazing and it was basically centrally located to most of the things we wanted to see and do during our stay. We would definitely return!
