There was no hot water on my floor all weekend. My daughter stayed on another floor and they had hot water. My niece & her family found a roach in their room. This is the 2nd year we stayed at this property and it will be my last time staying. The staff was amazing at check in, the young lady at 2am was wonderful and the young lady at 11pm was not at all empathetic and was rather matter of fact and didn’t seem nice until I came to the front desk.

The heater was not working, maintenance came super quick, fixed it...came back to check it was working..such a nice guy!!!

I was unsatisfied with my room when I had checked in I noticed when I first got into it the Tv was on in room I was sleeping when I saw picture on screen was all messed up connection was awful then I noticed roaches where crawling on counter tops in kitchen area and after that my stay was completely ruined be honest not comfortable in any means

Room setup was great, ocean view was amazing. On site restaurant had good food and ice cream. Pots, pans, and plates provided. Close to Rudey Inlet and several other sites.

Balcony door seal let wind through (not a big deal), wall had a gash in it, "living room vent" had mold, staff wasn't helpful when we asked for a 2nd room and their website wouldn't let us book a 2nd room at 11pm.

Overall, my stay was good. However, the floors were very dirty and the humid air from the beach filled the room, which made the floors sticky and caused the dirt to stick to my feet. There were some stains on the sheets. Be prepared to hear traffic and garbage trucks beeping late at night and early morning, as well as motorcycles racing at all hours on Friday and Saturday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was clean and nice to use.

Excellent location!
Best restaurant in VAB is right across the street and so is the boardwalk. The quieter end of the beach but so close to many great restaurants and the marina.

Check in was very easy and staff super friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and bed was comfortable. Loved having a kitchen area in the little suite.

Great service, reasonably priced drinks, nice date night ambience, and AMAZING peal and eat shrimp. As a tourist that has never been the Virginia Beach before, I wanted seafood. These were some of the best shrimp I've ever had! They were large and the old bay seasoning was great. The 1/2 lb portion is just enough food too. :) Will definitely be back next time we visit the area!

This was a highly orverrated experience. The waitress was just about useless, she didn't know her menu and took over an hour to take our order then to top it off she was pretty damned rude. I ordered the cheeseburger nachos, there was one small price of ground beef that was about the size of two peas. The hot wings we ordered were not hot nor did they taste very good. The whole meal was grossly over priced. Simply put you would have to pay me for my wasted time and pay for my meal for me to eat there again.

Ashley and Steven are the best bartenders! Great food and great drinks! Best Happy Hour around! Must try the Orange Crushes and the wings are awesome! Great dinner menu and awesome atmosphere! Right on the ocean!
