W Bellevue delivers a fresh, stylish take on luxury with a fun, contemporary vibe that feels a step above your typical big-brand hotel. The design is sleek and modern throughout — from the chic lobby to the well-appointed rooms with city or lake views. The beds are comfy, the tech amenities are on point, and the staff tends to be friendly and attentive. Its location in downtown Bellevue makes it easy to walk to great dining, shopping, and nightlife without stress. Whether you’re in town for a weekend getaway or a business trip, the W strikes a nice balance of comfort, style, and energy. Perfect if you like your stay with a little personality.

The hotel has a very strong design identity, with a moody, atmospheric city vibe both during the day and at night perfect for a relaxing getaway or a short escape.Service is also very good; the staff are friendly and professional, and the overall experience feels consistently well run.The bar downstairs has a great atmosphere, making it a nice spot for an evening drink. It’s also very pet friendly, which is a big plus for anyone traveling with pets. The location is extremely convenient in downtown Bellevue, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and everything nearby. My friend also had their birthday celebration here, and it was a really great experience.Overall, it’s a very easy, comfortable stay, and I would definitely come back again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at W Hotel Bellevue.

Despite explicitly requesting that no cleaning staff enter my room, housekeeping still accessed it without my consent. During this unauthorized cleaning, my pearl earrings went missing. These earrings had significant emotional value to me.
What is even more concerning is how poorly the situation was handled afterwards. I reported the incident immediately, but was met with very little empathy. I was promised a follow-up email the same day , which never came. After reaching out again, I received one generic response saying the matter was being reviewed, and since then: complete silence.
It has now been several days without any update, no clarification, and no effort to resolve the issue or offer compensation. As a guest I expected a much higher level of professionalism, accountability, and respect.
This experience reflects a serious lack of security, communication, and customer care. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here several times and each stay has been quite different.
I would rather not think about my last stay a month ago, but there was only one employee who was the big problem and the rest just added to it.
This time, I was welcomed again by Beatrice, whom I have seen many times before. Without exception, she is always in a good mood and her cheerfulness is contagious. She is a hostess through and through and embodies the magic of hospitality. With around 200-250 nights in various hotels per year, she stands out very positively. Above all, she is the reason I look forward to staying at the W Bellevue, because you can come to her with any challenge and she never makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her, even when the hotel routine can be stressful and there's a lot to do. She is always there for the guests. She also greets you warmly by name as soon as you enter the lobby. She knew some of the names in the group, which shows a high degree of appreciation on a human level. The employee whose name I unfortunately don't have (blue suit, tall, slim, and brown hair) is also happy to take care of any concerns and is a good host. Whatever/whenever. Many thanks to both of them for making sure that guests enjoy coming here.
The welcome alone was the complete opposite of the absolute disaster of my last stay, where the human touch and empathy of the staff were completely lacking.

Booked the W for my daughter and her family and they absolutely loved it. Service was outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. Everything needed is close by. The rooms were comfortable and unique. We had breakfast in their restaurant and it was great. Upscale Hotel with a relaxed feel. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend. Oh, and Bellevue square is steps away with everything you could want.

The location is convenient, but it's very noisy at night. The music from the bar downstairs vibrates noticeably up to the 6th floor, and it's still going on until midnight. Many young people stay there, and their noise in the hallway can be heard even from inside the rooms.

We ordered food for 4 of us and were told they could not make what my husband wanted because they ran out of something to make it, so he ordered his second choice and placed our 4 orders. After very very long wait seeing everyone around us get food, our food finally arrives but only for 3 of us, so they say they are going to find it. Many minutes later the waiter comes back to tell us they could not make what our friend ordered because again also ran out of ingredients to make it and cooks never told the waiter, so asked our friend now to make another choice and they'll rush it since the rest of us have our food. After three of us are done with our food, the 4th dish arrived. Then we get the bill only to find they left our friends first order they could not make, along with the second order. Waiter said that was his mistake and forgot to take it off her first order they could not cook. The fact we could not even order what 2 out of 4 people wanted, and one had to wait to be told after everyone else had food, and then had to find overcharged us is unacceptable!!!! You're a well known, established place that should not be running out of food to make several dishes!!!!! Our friends order should have been free. She didn't get what she wanted and basically felt rushed to eat since rest of us were done even though we tried to eat very slowly causing our own dishes to get cold. Also disguting eating around so many empty tables piled with dirty plates not being picked up. I wish I had checked your reviews. Appears I'm not alone. Will never be back until reviews get better.

Terrible service!! My husband & I decided to eat before the parade which started at 7. Made reservations for 5:30. We didn’t even get our food until 7:10! Our waiter came to our table maybe 3 times and said all of about 5 words to us the entire time. Never mentioned anything about how long our food was taking until I eventually asked if we could get an update on it. When he finally came around the table, after we were done eating for about 20 minutes, my husband asked for boxes and the check. He brought the table next to us, who had been seated well after we had been, THEIR check and boxed THEIR food before even touching ours. Then ran out of boxes and went to get more, but not before cashing out their check first. After boxing ours he realized they had finished signing the check and leaving the tip so he had to go grab that and look at it before going BACK to the register to get our check. We didn’t leave until 8:00 and will never be back to this location.

We should've known something would be off when they said 15-20 minute wait for 3 to be seated and it was more like 35. We eat out about once or twice a week and this was most disappointing experience in some time! Waitress told us kitchen was behind and it would be a bit of a wait ......40 minutes for a kids meal and 2 entrees. Then the child's meal was incorrect and my husband didn't get part of his meal. The waitress didn't come often and it even took forever to pay. I could see a manager visiting other tables and I think some people even left without paying... didn't eat their food. Bad all around unfortunately. Probably won't visit again....

Whoa! What a bad experience for such a fancy place in Bellevue, WA.

I recently started work in the area and I am trying different places each day. P.F. Chang's sucked!

I go in early (11:15 am) to beat the lunch rush and sit at the bar. The place is fairly empty with a few people at tables in the main area and 2-3 people in the bar. There are 2 waiters at the end of the bar. It takes them a few minutes to realize I am there since they are heads down on their cell phones.

Menu was already on the table and since the waiters were busy looking at their cell phones and took a while to come to me I had plenty of time to look for what I wanted. One waiter comes back and asks me if he can get me "started" with something to drink. I say water and I know what I want to eat. I simply order chicken pad Thai.

The waiter was polite and seemed to care about getting my order placed into the system. Nope! He went right back to the other guy at the end of the bar and started looking at his cell phone again. I think (not sure) they were talking about their work schedule and such??

He eventually went behind the bar and then had to look over at me and the computer screen a couple times in what I can only assume was to refresh his memory as to what I had ordered.

I had a simple order. It took forever to get it. During my wait I could hear some crazy sounds coming from the kitchen area that I can only assume was the filming of the next Jackie Chan movie!?! - No joke. It sounded like a Bruce Lee movie in the making. The employees up front were trying not to laugh out loud but you could clearly see they were holding it back.

I have no issue with having a little fun at work... but why did it take so long to make a simple dish?

I get my chicken pad Thai and my 1st visual impression was: This is a big plate of food. :)

My 2nd visual impression was: "I didn't know it came with a salad on top"

My 1st taste impression was a big piece of chicken... It had the consistency of soft rubber and tasted like FISH! :(

Water: I ran out and the waiter was too busy chopping fruit to notice. I tried to politely make eye contact but he was heads down on the fruit chopping.

My post is getting long so to finish it as short as possible: The flavor was bland and thankfully the waiter brought me hot mustard to drown it with. The TOFU was too much. I ordered CHICKEN and barely got any chicken but got tons of TOFU. The greens were way too much as well.

NO REAL FLAVOR TO FOOD & BAD SERVICE & MANY OTHER FOOD OPTIONS NEARBY = I won't be coming back here.

Great Asian fusion in Bellevue
Excellent service, great food and amazing cocktails.
There's something for everyone( veg/non veg). Very reasonable price.
We love this place, visit about 4 times a year.
If you know what to order, the food here can be great.
The servers are very helpful, asks for recommendation.

Great place to relax and have fun! The dance floor is not huge but works well enough. Parking at Lincoln Square gets crowded on the weekend but still an excellent start to the weekend.

This place sucks! Had a company party here and we rented out 7 bowling lanes, after only being there for 45 minutes and halfway through a game they walked up and carded everyone, kicking out anyone that was not 21. I was in awe! I questioned why especially since we had rented out such a large portion of the place and it was a "liability" issue. NOTHING HAD CHANGED FROM TEN MINUTES BEFORE! I was old enough but some of my friends were not so i sucked it up and left with them but because we questioned them the security guard was trash talking us all the way out of the building. Don't waste your money here, And definitely don't book a party here. Super unprofessional!

I love Lucky Strike in Bellevue. Every part of this place is great! I have moved out of the state and I miss going there almost everyday, but I will definitely stop by and visit when I'm in town. Go Hawks!

Horrible experience:
1) Waiting in line for more than 30 minutes.
2) Crammed seating with strangers breathing down your neck.
3) Minimum order of 2 items per person, with no prior notice when you buy the tickets. An obnoxious waitress called the manager when we refused to order drinks. The manager came to us in the middle of the show trying to enforce this policy. We ended up leaving in the middle of the show, out of principle.
4) Really cheap humour.

2 words: Never Again!
I don't really know where to begin, so here's the nutshell:
Seating was horrendous, uncomfortable, and poorly situated; food was mediocre at best; comedians were raunchy and tasteless ( unless jokes about gay porn are up your alley (no pun intended)); oh, and don't even think about trying to leave early - finding a waiter and having them bring your bill takes almost as long as the show itself.
Also, they charge for water ( no respectable place charges for water, IMO). However, there is a workaround for this. Simply leave the comedy lounge, go up to the main bar, order a glass of water, and walk back into the comedy lounge. I did this probably four or five times, effectively saving me and my friends $20-30.
The bar area itself and pool area are half decent for hanging out, but the Comedy lounge is pathetic at best.
So, like I said, never again.
12.11.2017 Matthew
This is my fallback place to go and view a football game and be amongst other fans when I can't get a seat in some of the popular spots. It's not my number one choice because they seem to never have enough wait staff on hand to give good service. The happy hours prices are pretty comparable to other locations around downtown Bellevue but the atmosphere is lacking that electricity that some of the other places have.
11.11.2017 Thom
While the wait staff was friendly and quick to get our required "4 drink minimum", and we don't drink alcohol, I had to find our server to order food. When the order came it was incomplete, ordered 2 entrees and only received one. 20 minuets later asked for our second entree and it never came. When we were ready to pay our bill the second entree, was on the bill. If you want a cattle car experience, poor seating and sketchy service, this is the place for you. As my Dad used to say we have been here twice, first and last.
05.09.2017 Lina
I have been going here for years and always enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. The comedy shows are hosted by great comics during happy hour and overall a really fun experience. Definitely suggest for date night, outing with buds, birthdays or just for fun :)
