Located right next to the port, it's conveniently located. Check-in was delayed by about 10 minutes due to the inability to find the booking information. The staff were friendly. There was a concert in Seattle on the day of my check-in, so the hotel was crowded and a bit chaotic. The room was large and bright, but there were no windows that could be opened, so it might feel stuffy on a longer stay. I booked a partial ocean view room with a side view of the sea. The room was fully equipped, and my luggage was delivered directly to the room – very convenient!

Very good, excellent service, beautiful scenery, convenient travel, easy access to the beach, next to the aquarium and Ferris wheel, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the first Starbucks coffee shop

Ranked first among five-star hotels in Seattle, the price-performance ratio is not very good, the view effect is not ideal, the hygiene is very good, and the service facilities are basically up to standard.

Good hotel as always. Will stay again.

The location is good, but it is far worse than the Four Seasons in China

Good location, but average view.

Overall it's good

The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending.

Very good hotel and service, spent 5 days in Seattle with friends. If we have the chance, we will stay again, looking forward to it! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I would say this is the best hotel in Seattle.
Both the location and the view are good. I am satisfied with this in an expensive neighborhood.

I couldn't tell you about the food but this has to be the worst place for a drink in Seattle.. we ordered a old fashion.. not a hard drink to make.. I can say it wasn't only the worst old fashion I've ever had but maybe one of the worst drinks I have ever had. On top of that the service was brutal, not that I would have wanoted another drink but two people in our group had beer and sat with empty beets for almost 20 min..

Seattle has great places to drink and eat.. don't ever waste your time or money here...

Stopped by for a drink and an appetizer before a show and was surprised. The flat bread pizza was actually very good. It had a decent amount of cheese and a slice of avocado on almost every piece. I would actually come back to have the flat bread. It had a little bit of spice (4* out of 10* for me, but I like it hot). Overall, I was genuinely surprised, mostly by the flat bread. The sound and venue was above average for local, small band venues.

The service was great, the food was terrible and the prices were high. I ordered a hamburger, fries and a coke. The fries were good. The hamburger was under-cooked with a lot of pink throughout and the bottom bun was soaking wet. I only ate about 3/4 of the hamburger. Without me saying anything the server recognized I didn't like it and did not charge me for it. So really good customer service is the big redeeming thing about this place. It has a nice atmosphere, I like they play rock music while you are eating. Restaurant was clean.

We are men of other countries. I would stay at the hotel of Seattle for a while and kept a bottle with a friend in Hard Rock Cafe. However, I was told that I took it home with me to the manager of the man though I should keep a bottle commonly! There was not the explanation from waitress. And if money is necessary extra when I bring it in! It was said that I called the police if I complained! We are the weak viewpoints that are the man of other countries! The manager keeps one's wrong viewpoint and I want to make money and am! It is bad Hard Rock Cafe! I never enter!!!!

The bathroom wait downstairs was running past 5 minutes and line growing. Decided to bolt upstairs. I had used the upstairs when we first arrived and i had no idea that I was breaking a rule when a very assertive bouncer stepped in front of me. "Where are you going" in a harsh tone. Bathroom I replied and tried to step past him. He grabbed my upper arm.
What happened to love all serve all? I cannot imagine being touched. I asked him his name. OD with a long beard. "You gotta a problem with that?" I said " never touch me" and asked to speak to a Manager. This experience was horrible.

Service there is a hit or miss. when it's good it's really good and when it's bad it's very bad. Last time I went there her service was okay. Are entrees came out 10 minutes before our appetizers. we ask to cancel our appetizers but yet they still came out. The Food there over the years has lost its flavor. Potatoes went all the way cook. Samons always dry. The bread was cold and hard. My husband and I go there every year for our birthdays and our anniversary but I think this year was our last year there.

Let me start off by saying i have never had seafood in my life. So if you are wanting info on how it is i do not know as this was my first time. HOWEVER, with that being said let me say i had a really good time. I’m originally from Nebraska so i had heard good things about this place and decided to go. I was in a group of 4 so we went to the crab pot and just ordered crab and shrimp. I love that they just dump it in the middle of the table and let you go at it. I tried everything and thought everything was amazing.

Complete ripoff. I decided to come here for my mom's, birthday because she loves sea food, and we were both HUGELY disappointed. We both ordered the Alaskan meal, but there wasn't any meat in 3/4 of the clams/mussels, they were empty. AND the some of the shrimp heads were off (as if they had been re-prepared, for us). Our meal definitely was NOT worth $100+. I showed the waiter the empty clams/mussels and he brought us out a bowl full, BUT MAJORITY OF THOSE WERE EMPTY TOO! A rip off is to be expected here. I will never eat at this location again, the food lacked seasoning/flavor as well.

"I know they are small but they look delicious"
That was what the waitress said when she served the oysters.
I hope half dozen oysters can be larger, even give us 8 of that size will be more acceptable.
We said it was so small that six of them contain what 2 regular size oysters contain, and she said "but they are delicious aren't them."
We later went to the pike street to get some oysters shooters because we just like oysters.
The Crab cake looks different as it was before.
I don't think I will go there again, before today it is what I will have whenever I have friends come to Seattle.

Star for the experience, star for the decor. But it's way overpriced. Don't be fooled by the menu, you will spend at least $50/person to get anything other than appetizer. With that, food is pretty average and definitely does not come fresh from the market. Service and cutlery is that of a cheap diner. On my last visit my water glass (maybe it was the ice) smelled of dirty rags. If you want to entertain your guests and hell bent on the Crab Pot experience, at least go for the one in Bellevue. Or better go to a proper fancy place that will sell you a nice lobster dinner for $50

09.03.2017 Brian
The overall quality of the coffee is bad, the coffee is bitter and the beans are burnt. The service is slow and the cups are 1/3 empty. The cost to quality of product and service is outrageous.
That was my last visit to any and all Starbucks Coffee shops.

I am going to start looking for smaller independent merchants.

Good place to get a caffeine fix. Not too crowded
