The rooms are ok. Bathroom was a bit small. Then again, I'm a bigger guy. The location is what it is. It's in Seattle, so expect to park in the parking garage. They had a remodeling project going on so that was a little annoying. I feel like they could wave the parking fee for having to put up with the remodel but whatever.
Overall for what we paid for the room, it was a nice stay.

Conveniently located on Cap Hill. Not even a block from Whole Foods or QFC. Walking distance to all the gay bars. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for four days while my wife had surgery at Swedish Hospital two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything you could need or want. The front desk staff and room service ladies were very friendly, polite, and willing to help you with anything. An IHOP restaurant was right behind the hotel. The hotel also had secure, gated parking. I would stay here again.

As always, the WOW factor is always present here!! From the first phone call I made to Nick, to checking in with Samantha, all the way through to Drew's thoughtful arrangement of our decadent breakfast!!!! Everything is always aimed at pleasing. The Jacuzzi room is designed for unparalleled luxury. Love it!!!!!

This hotel is conveniently located near some of the best hospitals, laboratories, and doctors in the country. It's close to Seattle University. Across the street is a Whole Foods, down the street is a QFC, and within walking distance are a variety of restaurants. Our room and amenities were nice, and the staff was wonderful. With just one call, they quickly found and sent some personal items we'd forgotten in the room.

My brother and I went to Seattle to watch the Seahawks beat the Rams! SUPER BOWL! Location wasn’t to far away to walk to Lumen Field, right next to a super cool place called the Garage that had 20 pool tables, 20 bowling lanes, and arcade games with some bars for ages 21+. It also had a really tasty restaurant that I think was called Jim’s Broadway that can be ordered to your room. Super awesome service!

I had some questions about my billing as I was confused on something that I did not comprehend, because I didn't listen very well. I called the hotel for clarity and Mercury answered my questions like lightening and sent me an itemized bill without me even asking. This is the kind of service that is going above and beyond! The manner in which Mercury handled the situation and the speed and efficiency she did it was very impressive. Working in a service industry, this is the type of service I try to help my teams achieve. So I will always recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Seattle!

Had a liver transplant at Swedish and the put me up here for about a month and a half. Had to change rooms once, but it went ok. Had alot of stuff to move. They have been very accommodating. Needed an extra fridge and had one in under 30mins. Very good place to stay.

Wow, a real hotel! Things are comfy, clean, and in a great area. Seems rare to find this anymore! And the price was reasonable; too often proprietors (professional, or amateurs) charge multiple hundreds of dollars in major cities, simply because they can.

I hope this hotel, and this whole chain, are really as efficient and profitable as it is outwardly apparent, because people really need a hotel like this anywhere they go in the country! Keep up the good work!

A cozy city hideout—comfortable stay, great food, but not luxury

⭐️⭐️⭐️¾☆

A cozy little hideout in the city. The lobby is sweet and inviting—just enough charm for a few quick photos, not luxury but warm. Staff were kind and friendly, service pleasant though not elevated.

The rooms are average but comfortable: dark, simple, stocked with coffee and tea, a lounge chair, and a small table for quick meals. Bathrooms were fine but minimal—no robes or slippers, and the soap/conditioner were one-use only. Don’t expect spa luxury here, but it’s functional.

Room service was the highlight. The avocado toast with arugula and soft egg plus the omelette with an English muffin made the stay feel complete and memorable.

Parking is the one challenge—tucked under the hotel with very tight turns, so large vehicles need extra care.

Overall, this impromptu staycation was delightful but not luxury—perfect for a quick city escape or a private hideout when you want something comfortable and easy.

They provided me with a really quiet room, which makes me sleep well! The room is big and clean with Aveda bathroom products. You would definitely like the king size bed if you choose it. Besides, the service is great!
