Beware when booking through a third party. There is a $38 extra fee, and then they hold an extra $250. A parking spot is roughly $58 per day, another thing I wasn't told about by the third party.
The rooms are spacious, but the ceiling had cracks and the bathroom door was not opening all the way. The door was hitting the flooring.
Customer service was good, but missed a few important pieces of information. We were not told the check-out time. The outside pool doesn't have clocks, so make sure to bring one with you.
The indoor pool was on the cold side. Kids really liked the jacuzzi. It didn't have crazy big bubbles.
I would suggest maybe providing teabags too since the room had a water boiler.
The reason why I am giving 3 stars is basically how much the price changed compared to what I was expecting and the neighboring rooms were very loud. One of them even had a dog that was barking.

The service was so bad. The receptionist told us that the check in time was 4pm. We waited at the lobby and at about 3pm we asked if we could enter the room, they said they could but i had to pay 90 dollars fee to expedite.

VERY SPEECHLESS WITH THE SERVICE.
ESPECIALLY FRANCESCO WHO'S VERY VERY RUDE

Stayed here for 3 months.

Had a really great time staying at Level Seattle: the staff was wonderful, (special shout to Joreen and Andy who always went over and above and were consumate professionals!)
The amenities were great, the pool at the top has insane views, rock climbing, fully stocked gym, what more could you want? Lol.

Super conveniently located, you can get a bus to downtown, capital hill north seattle, with great views no matter what room you're in. Wholefoods and District H are close by so you can buy groceries really easily. And also several restaurants nearby as well.

The only downside is it is quite expensive and it does get a bit loud and rowdy on Saturdays. Other than that I had a great time. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Exceptional Stay at Level Seattle – South Lake Union

I had an outstanding experience at Level Seattle – South Lake Union. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and seamless.

The gym is absolutely amazing—easily one of the best-equipped and most impressive fitness facilities I’ve seen in an apartment-style stay. The rooms themselves are very spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and feel more like a high-end home than a short-term rental. The beds deserve special mention: extremely comfortable and perfect for getting a great night’s sleep.

The amenities truly set this place apart. Having 24-hour access to the pools and hot tubs is a huge bonus, and the steam room with eucalyptus is the cherry on top—relaxing, refreshing, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Overall, Level Seattle – South Lake Union delivers luxury, comfort, and top-tier service in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

We had a wonderful time here! So much to do for kids and the two bedroom suites are perfect. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the room?! Literally the best hotel I’ve stayed at in such a long time.

I stayed at Level Seattle a few weeks ago as part of a large group of friends traveling in for a football game, and the experience was exceptional. Coordinating a busy weekend with a bigger group can be challenging, but the hotel made it feel effortless — especially thanks to the outstanding concierge service.

Alex, the concierge, was absolutely amazing. He was welcoming, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable, helping our entire group with recommendations, directions, and logistics during a very busy game weekend. His ability to handle a large party with ease, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out and elevated our stay.

The experience was so positive that I’m returning this week with my family. That alone says everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and I’m already looking forward to being back.

We are two adults and a 9-year-old boy, staying here for a stay-and-play hockey tournament. I’m not a big fan of this business model, as it adds extra costs for hockey parents. The hotel is downtown, but the arena is 20 minutes at least, depending on traffit north on the highway. From my perspective, this setup feels driven more by business profit than by convenience for families attending the tournament. The location is great if you are exploring downtown or nearby but not for traveling in and out downtown for games

Our biggest concerns are the noise levels from the bathroom fan and another fan located in the ceiling above the washer and dryer. They are loud enough during the day to make resting or sleeping difficult.

We are in a room for three people, with one bed and a sofa bed. I was surprised that there was no extra blanket provided, and we had to go to reception to request one since the landline in the room was not working.

The shower water takes more than five minutes to heat up, and both the shower and vanity drains are slow, causing water to pool. We are on Level 3 facing the outdoor pool, and the string lights outside were not dimmed at night, which made the room bright even with the curtains drawn.

In my opinion, the elevator system feels over-engineered and not very user-friendly. One morning it was down, causing delays for families trying to get to a kids’ hockey game on time.

Overall, while the amenities and location are great, the in-room experience has not been as comfortable as we had hoped.

I've been here a few times but the last was the best! I was in for dinner on a Saturday. Food was great, twice baked potato rocks! But as we were leaving we couldn't get a cab so manager Crystal called and paid for an uber for us and waited out in the cold for them to show up! Really appreciated her! Did I mention it was pouring down rain!?

The restaurant itself is like a fancy diner. Very unique experience. The booths are private and adds to the cozy elegant vibe. The food is good, but really you’re paying for the ambiance. Worth going if you’re looking to splurge on fancy diner food.

Stopped here my first time in Seattle. Very unique design. The service was top notch, and the food was excellent. Large portions for the price. The menu had a wide variety of selections, and it seemed they could cater to all dietary needs.

Very Pricey, poor service. We're from out of town and wanted a good breakfast to start off our day in Seattle, and when we arrived, older lady gave us a choice for seating. When I asked if the shared booth was spacious enough, she replied in a condescending way; "it's a shared booth". I replied; I understand but we've never been here. We Immediately noticed that although we had poor service from the beginning down to our waiter(as a matter of fact attitude), the bar guys were really friendly and professional to their customers(we should've sat there)... I would think, thuce place would have more decent staff, especially with pricey and higher end restaurant. People said that Seattle is a friendly city.. Would not recommend.

The service is amazing! The food was awesome for a 24hr restaurant. We were there in a Sunday at 11pm. The place was busy, and wait times were better than average. Decent beer selection as well.

Good food and service but didn’t blow our socks off. Wasn’t terribly busy on a Saturday night which was nice for us and the main reason we picked it. Happy hour definitely worth it.

Excellent happy hour location with delicious dishes and the right drink menu. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, service was on point. Looking forward to future happy hours here.

A good fine dining place to have seafood in South Lake Union. I liked their fish and chips. The clam chowder was good too.

Super sandwiches and very very tasty. I visited this place for dinner on a Sunday. It was very calm and peaceful at that time. This place is also very close on Amazon Ruby building. Making it more and more busy at all times on the weekdays. It's definitely a good place to have good and tasty food.

Great place for a birthday or other event for a group. The tater tots and Jell-O shots are always a hit.

I recommend joining their loyalty program. Signing up is free and gets you a free beer and free pretzel.

Would be 4.5 stars.
Amazing food and prompt service. I would recommend any of the sandwiches. Can be disorganized and do make sure orders are completely fulfilled at your table, since my table had someone whose order was completely forgotten.
17.11.2017 Tamika
Cool vibe. Lots of beer tap choices...a pear cider was my favorite. Not too pricey and big enough for a crowd of friends. Really pleasant wait staff...and good eats & drinks.
17.11.2017 Sam
I guess this place can get two stars because it will help you diet.
They run the place with the culture 'Why care about service when we charged 20% tip no matter what?' So enjoy watching the staff chatting while you sit and wait.
Burger price starts at 11 dollar which affords you a whisper of sauce and a paper thin pickle, but an ass ton of ice burg lettuce! So eat a small amount over an hour--thanks BHT for encouraging me to be healthy in a crappy way.
