Emerald Motel Seattle in Seattle

Great value, location & service! As a solo traveler who needed a clean, safe & affordable hotel not too far from downtown, this hotel was perfect.

The hotel is located in a PRIVATE GATED LOT so I felt super secure. It has FREE PARKING and the check in process was kind, professional & quick.

The rooms are CLEAN & have a microwave, coffee machine and larger mini fridge with small freezer area that can fit leftover boxes too.

It took me about 20 min drive (depending on traffic time) from where I was staying in Downtown Seattle the day before. The hotel is off of a busier road but I found the street noise to be mild.

My stay was quiet, peaceful and had everything I needed. Grocery store was close by like Sprouts for me to get some necessities for my stay.

Overall, the hotel & grounds were well maintained and extremely clean. You can tell by the hospitable Checkin and the maintenance the staff do during the day like cleaning leaves off the parking, they care about the establishment and have a high standard of service. I was delighted to see a cute bow design on my toilet paper roll in the bathroom!

It’s not the fanciest / closest spot from downtown of course, but I think it’s hands down the best deal as I wanted to save money on food & hiking! I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and had a sink, fridge, microwave and was very spacious. You really get a bang for your buck here. I appreciated the focus on safety at the check-in area and the gated parking lot. The front desk girl (didn't catch her name) was super sweet and helpful. Thank you for the stay!

Although the location was a little sketchy the motel was great!! We had an early appointment at Seattle children's and the price was right at this place. The gate to parking lot was already a huge stress relief. The rooms were clean and cute, TV was good size and was easy to hook up fore stick. I was highly impressed. So much I'm leaving this review :)

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely this motel was. While the area is not the best the Motel is very nice, clean, and wonderful. It us also very secure with a gate.
The staff was very professional and extremely nice!
The price was beyond reasonable.
There is a lot of food, amenities, and things to do.
Just be aware of surroundings but overall very nice!

We were blown away by how clean and safe this place was! Gated property, the staff was so helpful, the room was spotless, especially the bed.
We called ahead to request an iron and they had one ready for us at check-in.
We also dropped some personal items in the parking lot and the staff collected and returned them! They really went above and beyond.
Do not judge this place by the location!
Also, please try the food truck by the Home Depot. Insanely good.

This is certainly my "go-to" in regards to being on the lower end of the scale. Although only getting rated 1 to 2 I would definitely disagree and rate it 4/5. Given the neighborhood that it's placed in the owner's do a excellent service in providing you with a sense of safety/comfort without including "highway robbery" taxation in pricing. You get what you pay for but in this case it's definitely UNDERRATED. Much love - Mr & Mrs. Lee!
