I checked in and then checked out 10 minutes later. It's the filthiest business I have ever seen in my life. But hey, if you love bedbugs, have at it.

Very nice. Crazy expensive parking fee, like the highest I have seen anywhere ever. No free breakfast was a bummer but the toiletries were great (bliss) and the room nicely appointed. Also great location

I've stayed here several times. The front desk is always helpful and courteous. This past stay I got a great room on the 23rd floor. Fitness room is small, but equipment is state of the art and robust. Parking is pricey, but the central location is great. The Seattle public library is also next door.

Went to the Yappy Hour! The beer and food was great. Expensive but the pulled pork slider was so juicy and tasty. The fries were decently priced. They gave my dog some treats which was nice too. This is a high end hotel for sure.

The location was ideal for us. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go but not as hectic as a few blocks west. I loved the bliss toiletries. Customer service was great. Room was perfect for our family. Parking is kind of expensive ($60+).

Find a different hotel, this is the worst place I've ever stayed. Cancelled my stay early. Location must be this place is even still in business. Seriously, not worth the miserable experience.

We stayed here for two nights, we like the W hotel chain so we thought we'd give it a try. Although some designs of the room seem a bit outdated, the overall stay was nice, staff was friendly and we had a comfortable stay. The room service food wasn't really good though the everything else was fine. It was a pricy room because it was. corner room though it faced the parking lot. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda. The staff was fantastic!! Friendly, engaging, helpful and all-star.

Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel. Great stay.

Overall a great hotel. The location is wonderful. A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. Our room was a corner room. You must get a corner room. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music. It's very very LOUD. It doesn't go late but just a warning.
