Horrible service, extra fees and holding charges, $10 fee for parking without telling you. Had to go across the street to it's sister hotel to check out. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

I read all of the one star reviews but decided to book anyway. I am SO glad I did. This hotel is fantastic. We stayed on a week day and there were no events coming up so the rate was incredibly reasonable. This place was fantastic. It is beautifully appointed. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The coffee shop downstairs was quick and served most of what is on a Starbucks drink menu. The hotel bar also was fabulous. Great vibe and the bartenders had us laughing and having a great time. Even the shuttle driver added to the thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Several comments mentioned the area. It’s just a multicultural working class area, nothing bad about at all.

Loved this hotel. There was a line at check-in because there was only one person working the counter. Totally understandable and it was clear that she was doing her best. However, one of the workers came along and offered drinks to the people waiting in line. That was a new one for me. After that I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Maybe I'm easy to please but I thought it was a great gesture. The room was clean and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This is ,in my opinion ,one of the most beautiful hotels in Milwaukee. The convenience of The Rave nightclub being across the street makes it even better. I don't really like the location in that part of Milwaukee, but they did a great job of coinciding old fashioned in beautifully modern. The elevators are only a little scary. LOL. just kidding. The rooms are very classy and most of them have a great view of Milwaukee. Beds are insanely comfortable. The service has always been superb. Absolutely recommend the Ambassador

This is a cool hotel! It has a swanky feel from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the bellhop, to the moment you pull open the door to enter the elevator, to your first steps into your room and view the full mini bar. Hotel staff were very welcoming and kind; the bed was comfy and room had everything we needed and all in working order: Mr. Kennedy Johnson was the perfect shuttle driver; this was all around a really nice stay.

Nice hotel, clean and accessible. Very helpful staff. Dave the shuttle driver was very helpful, polite and a great representative for customer service. The 2 bartenders were amazing, all while carrying the weigh of their coworker who call out. Front desk were also helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for retaining awesome employees!

We didn't stay at the ambassador inn at marquette we stayed at the ambassador inn and really enjoyed our stay and it's very beautiful

Polite staff. Room was okay. My car was broken into in their parking lot and they had no security footage despite signs saying so.

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. From checking in to parking and everything in between we had problems that were out of our control, and yet the staff wanted to make us responsible for them. For instance when we tried to park in the designated parking lot and the lot was full, the receptionist claimed that I would have to pay to park across the street at the main hotel. I politely asked him to not charge us because it is definitely not our fault. He reluctantly agreed with a lot of attitude and yet the final bill still had a parking fee! Also when we first checked in we were given the wrong key to the wrong room. Which resulted in numerous trips up and down from the lobby to the room, no one apologized and the receptionist leisurely got us one card and carelessly tossed it at us as if we caused the problem. Also the hotel is definitely in a sketchy area with a lot drug addicts and weirdos hanging around. Just an overall bad time.

Stayed here from the 5th to 7th of this month. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. There was no remote for the tv, but no worries because either I went on Youtube or was at two of the Cubs vs Brewers games. Will definitely come back in the near future
