Polite staff. Room was okay. My car was broken into in their parking lot and they had no security footage despite signs saying so.

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. From checking in to parking and everything in between we had problems that were out of our control, and yet the staff wanted to make us responsible for them. For instance when we tried to park in the designated parking lot and the lot was full, the receptionist claimed that I would have to pay to park across the street at the main hotel. I politely asked him to not charge us because it is definitely not our fault. He reluctantly agreed with a lot of attitude and yet the final bill still had a parking fee! Also when we first checked in we were given the wrong key to the wrong room. Which resulted in numerous trips up and down from the lobby to the room, no one apologized and the receptionist leisurely got us one card and carelessly tossed it at us as if we caused the problem. Also the hotel is definitely in a sketchy area with a lot drug addicts and weirdos hanging around. Just an overall bad time.
