Tinchlik Plaza is one of the most beautiful and comfortable places in the city. It offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options for visitors of all ages. The atmosphere is clean, safe, and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings or meeting friends. The modern design and friendly staff make every visit enjoyable.

We stayed for a wedding. It’s an okay hotel, beds rock hard, but that seems usual for Uzbekistan. I advise you to examine your room before agreeing, especially the bathrooms. Some are great, but some are laughably odd. In some the toilet front is 3 inches from the shower, which means you can only sit on it sideways. In some, the sink is 3 inches from the shower, so you have to lean over the sink’s wide counter sideways to access the sink. The oddest of this is that the rooms are huge, but they put these odd bathrooms in.
Food is fine, the usual Uzbek fare, nothing outstanding. We did have some nice Pilaf at the wedding. You can walk to the bazaar in about 10-15 minutes, and it is HUGE.
Housekeeping was hit and miss, they came at 4pm while we were showering. They gave us towels but no water, no toilet paper

This is a great place to hang out with family or friends, I personally came with friends for our friend’s birthday. The dishes are very tasty, both national and European, the prices are affordable, the staff is very polite, they even came and congratulated my friend, it was very nice, the music is calm, you can’t hear any extraneous noise, although there are a lot of people

This hotel is really not worth the price! The service is average, the location is OK, but the hygiene is not very good, there are unknown stains on the floor of the shower room, the breakfast is okay, there are no green vegetables. In addition, there was no water in the room, and he was not given two bottles of water.

There's no proof of which room the sheet was taken from. The sheet was white, and how could the guest notice a stain smaller than a coin while lying on it? What’s most frustrating is that this situation wasn’t officially documented, and no payment receipt was given. The reception staff simply counted the money with blank faces. Honestly, such behavior does not suit the reputation of a prominent hotel in the Republic. I simply wouldn’t recommend it—or bring your own sheets in a different color."

Quiet, comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect. Very friendly staff at front desk and Restaurant. I did not eat lunch or dinner here but the buffet breakfast was fine. A good place for a short stay.

A pretty new and fresh hotel with neat rooms. My only "complaint" is that the TV that's attached to the ceiling, would connect to YouTube and other streaming services -- local channels are quite boring :) If I'm back in Navoi, I'll pick this hotel.
