LAYNER Hotel Complex in Chimgan

Very amazing resort ,so far best place for families with kids ,playing grounded and swimming pool activities are amazing ,restaurant offer a variety of food Uzbek ,Russian ,Chinese and international cuisine.plenty of activity from day to night ,tennis , football ,and basketball, rooms are big even the standard ones. Sure I will always recommend this place.

This is our second stay at "LAYNER" and it's very hard not to give them a 5-star rating. The one thing that they're doing right is continuous improvement on the property and I applaud this. Changes made from our last trip in 2019 and now is that they've added Karaoke "Chalets" which I though was very cool! These closed gazebo-shaped buildings are set nicely on the slopes of the property and blends nicely with nature! They've also added free horse and pony rides around the outside of the tennis, soccer and basketball courts. The tall wall surrounding the courts prevents the horse from accidentally venturing away from the track. The cleaning staff in Building 3 and our waiter for 3 straight days (Mr. Akmal) were very professional, friendly and attentive. I must also mention that the breakfast buffet was very good. Now, my biggest complaint was with the folks at Reception (Mr. Sardor). The "incident" took place when we were checking out. I don't understand why but some folks think that they, and not the Customer/Guest is always right. And he did not even wish us farewell and say "please come back and see us again". Just left a bad taste in me after such a wonderful stay. I understand that the establishment is changing their Reception location and hope that they can "correct" their un-professional receptionist while they're at it.

A very nice and quiet place in the mountains a perfect resort which promises peace and quality time together. It is equipped with most of the outdoor games and 2 swimming pools there is also a kids section with a swimming pool for them too. The weather is cool in the evening you can have a nice dinner with live music. Indians tourist who are vegetarian have limited options but the quality is good. You can enjoy movies in the outdoor. WiFi connection is available throughout. The rooms are good and the environment is very calm and cosy.one star that has been cut is only for the limited amount of ffod options for vegetarians and not options of liquor. Beer is available that is tuborg.
