A newly built hotel. Everything was clean and new, without exception. The spa and gym exceeded my expectations. The Tashkent Zoo and Botanical Garden are nearby. Highly recommended!

Excellent: new and elegant building, cleaning service from 10, very beautiful and well-managed spa and pool, good and varied breakfast. Special thanks to Natalie and all the staff, very kind and welcoming! I'm Italian and often come to Tashkent for work; I'll definitely be back.

I do not like to be treated as potential not paying person
Forcing me "you need to to pay this right now" or "I cannot make this unless you pay this right now" is not a right treatment.
The hotel has serious problem is with cleaning the rooms. Touching my bed to make this nice looking is not a cleaning !! My slippers were dirty from the floor !
In the bathroom the spots of tooth paste I made were untouched for 4 days
Never again !!

Nice new hotel. Clean room, one had a loose fossset, but overall very nice. Staff know English. Breakfast was rich, omlets were meh... 30 minutes in the early morning till the airport. Has spa, very good massage. Has a pool and a gull gim. For it's price in that region could have been a bit better but compared to same price with say Milan way better...

The hotel is nice hotel, good standard and location is good but not near metro so have to use taxi but taxis in Tashkent are very cheap to western taxis.. yandex taxis are the best..

The hotel staff entered our room unannounced, without even knocking on the door, at 7 a.m. This was completely unacceptable; my wife was still asleep at the time. We felt our privacy was violated. We subsequently complained to management, but they weren't particularly understanding. The worst thing is that this happened twice during our stay, the other time at 11 p.m. It's a nice hotel overall, but we've never experienced anything like this before! We wouldn't recommend it!
