The hotel is fairly central but reasonably quiet. The rooms are huge. The bed was comfortable but with one of those strange covers that wouldn't have worked for two. Tiny inside jacuzzi pool. Breakfast was okay.

Not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are good but reception is deaf and blind . They put an announce in reception - ,,i leave for 15 minutes plese call a telephone number “ .

Average) since it is a chain hotel, we expected better, expectations were not met: 1. When checking in, we were asked to pay 500 thousand more than the reservation amount. It's good that we prepared in advance and said that it seemed like the figure was wrong. They recalculated and named the correct one. But you must admit, this is strange... and if we hadn't recalculated initially, but had paid right away... it's unpleasant 2. Everyone writes about large rooms, we don't know, but our room is ordinary, not large. It's inconvenient that as soon as you open the door there is a bed, i.e. In your clothes you rest against the bed, there is no corridor (There is only 1 chair in a room for 2. When you come from the street, only 1 person can sit down, because it is not very correct to sit on the bed in clothes, it is very uncomfortable. 3. When we checked in, the room was +35!!! Of course, we understand that this is Tashkent and January, but +35!!! We had to turn off all the climate controls and open the windows, the room cooled down for a day. The bathroom has a heated floor and it does not turn off, so the heat there is +40 and it is impossible to change it. There is a smell of sewage in the bathroom. 4. Cleaning: they clean the room at about 5 o'clock in the evening, this is very inconvenient. Towels were changed every day. Otherwise, the cleaning is greedy, if there is gel left on the bottom of the tube, they do not give a new one. There is a set with cotton swabs, so if the set contains at least one cap, there are no others, then they will not put a new one. Tea not always reported. Minibar on check-in had almost nothing from the list, had to go to reception and talk about it, because it was noted that everything was available. Upon check-in there was an open bottle of used water in the room 5. Breakfasts are meager. There was somehow not enough of everything. You can order porridge, but it was very liquid, could not eat. On the table there are fried eggs (I do not eat it), once there was an omelet (hooray). The coffee did not work on the first day, then I poured a latte and I did not have enough glass (the employee said that I need to take another, because latte is larger than cappuccino. How was I supposed to guess, if the glasses are of the same size!? And where to get a glass of a different size?!)))) Surprising. On the last day mold was found on the casserole... 6. The guys at reception do not all say hello, some sit downstairs and do not raise their heads)

I turned up at the 4* Reikartz Sote hotel only to be told that they did not have a room for me due to 'technical issues' but they had booked me into another hotel. That other hotel was about 5km and nowhere near a metro station. It was 3*. I said no so they booked me in to an alternative - also 3* (Reikartz Xon) and about 20 mins walk from the metro. It was far from the part of the city that I needed to be in. That hotel was also not good - a budget hotel with air conditioning that rattled 24/7. Breakfast was lousy and when I stood up to get food the staff cleared my table of the tea pot / unused cup / tea bags that I'd placed there literally seconds before. There were only four other people in the room so they must be easily confused or not paying attention. Even though breakfast was scheduled until 10am there was very little left at 9am. At night I could also hear guests in other rooms talking while in my room so noise was sn issue.
At the Reikartz Sote I was told that they would refund me and I needed to go through the agent which I did. Trip.com did not secure me a refund.
So it was all very unsatisfactory. I would not recommend booking at the Reikartz Sote if you don't want to arrives thousands of miles from home and find they will not honour your booking and put you in a lower class hotel. My experience at Reikartz Xon also suggested that Reikartz hotels are poor quality and have poor service. It also seems that Reikartz are dishonest in not honouring the refund they said that I could have.
Overall I was hugely dissatisfied and also dissatisfied with the way Trip.com handled the issue.

The hotel is good: clean, the room comes with toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, gel, shampoo), a tea set, and two bottles of water, replenished daily. The minibar is a paid service. The sauna is also available, but we didn't use it. The staff speaks Russian, is pleasant, and helpful. The restaurant serves porridges made to order for breakfast: rice, semolina, and oatmeal. Breakfasts are varied: pancakes, fried eggs, omelets, fried vegetables, pizza, and charlotte.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful time spent at this hotel. My stay here became unforgettable, and the sensitive and attentive approach of the hotel manager Tigran played a significant role in this.
From the first minute of our arrival we felt an atmosphere of care and comfort. He not only showed attention to each guest, but also took care of all our wishes. Upon check-in, receptionist Hasan greeted us with a sincere smile and did everything possible to ensure we had a pleasant start to our holiday.
I would especially like to note how the hotel manager Tigran carefully listened to our feedback and wishes. This created the feeling that we were truly important and that the level of service here would always be excellent. The team he assembled also radiated goodwill and willingness to help in all matters, which left only positive emotions.

It's reasonable for usd 90.00 a night, it's close to Tashkent city mall and the rooms are spacious.

The breakfast is extremely basic, the room facilities are basic, and the service is basically non-existent. Shampoo is not replenished after running out.

The hotel is very new and is a chain hotel. You may not have heard of it in China. Later, I checked that there are quite a few in Central Asia. The rooms are very large and clean. The price including tax is actually very affordable.
