Stayed for 2 days, everything was good, except the TV wasn't working. The breakfasts were average. There's a coffee machine. The pool is clean and always popular. The staff are friendly. Hon Soray means "The Khan's Palace" and the decorations are elaborate, fit for an old school eastern monarch! In my room there was no table to set up a computer, but there was a treasure chest covered in embroidered matresses.

We reached Tashkent after a 7 hr flight quite late in the evening, smooth immigration at the airport & checked in the hotel. After freshen up we walked to Parvoz Restaurant for a great dinner.

On the first day, I had a generally good experience, and the facilities were reasonably priced for the price. However, the situation became increasingly unacceptable. The room was completely soundproof, and the newcomers next door were noisy and loud in the middle of the night. Even after I brought this up with the front desk, they didn't address the issue. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fruits and vegetables to boost your vitamins. The pool water looked quite clean too. The front desk was able to store our luggage for a short period before check-in and after check-out.

The sauna, pool, and gym are all great. There are plenty of delicious hot dog and sandwich shops nearby. The TV tower is clearly visible from the room.

Great place to stay! Their room size is surprisingly spacious and equipped with all necessities. Staff is really cooperative too. Breakfast buffet was full of fresh and variety of food everyday. Swimming pool and gym were also clean and tidy. Overall great experience.

This is a great combination of luxury and affordability. The hotel is brand new and has a clean, modern appearance. The bed (king) is super comfy as are the pillows. The staff is both friendly and professional. Most also speak English well. I definitely recommend staying here.

I was in transit for a day. For the price, it's decent. It's very close to the train station and about 6.5 km from the airport. The breakfast is simple but you won't go hungry.

The hotel was clean and I generally liked it, but the service wasn't great. I was with my child in a stroller, and not a single staff member offered to help – they didn't even open or hold the door, they just watched. The food was good, but if something ran out, it wasn't replenished, so I had to eat whatever was left.

The hotel was within walking distance of the South Station, and the room was nice and clean, which was great! The area around the hotel is quite dark, but it should be fine if you use Yandex Go to get dropped off right in front of the hotel.

A wonderful place with an incredibly magical view and pleasant and very helpful people. A very nice compliment of champagne and a dessert of your choice upon check-in. We had arrived to this resort on 15th of Feb for a short stay. Then we went to Amirsoy and had some fun. What I liked most is the location and views around it but of course there is always a room for improvement. Amazing new hotel in Taskent from Accor group, service is very good, close to the airport, train station and city centre as well. The breakfast has plenty of options. The hotel also has 2 indoor swimming pools.

The room was huge and had a sitting area. There was also a balcony. The hotel provided free transport to and from the airport. A 24-hour market and a very good Turkish restaurant were half a block away. The room was very clean but not the bathroom. It seemed it was used by others. The shower and toilet shared the space. Everything was perfect, especially its restaurant on the top except for the problem with the TV in the room.

The staff were well-intentioned, respectful, and helpful, but unfortunately, the heating in the rooms was poor (this is entirely the hotel owner's fault). The air conditioning was broken, and the heaters weren't working properly. Even though I slept with two blankets, I was terribly cold and sick. Thankfully, the staff brought an extra heater, which helped fix the situation somewhat.

The location is very easy to find. There are a few supermarkets just opposite the hotel. ATM machine just in front of hotel. The staffs were very helpful, the room was clean. We stayed for three nights, found that every morning the breakfast was the same, if they could change the menu would be much appreciated. Overall We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all the friendly staffs that served us.
