Very poor in term of service.Not flexible at all.Requested late check out at 4pm as my flight is at 8 pm and need to pay 50% extra.Too rigid.
Front desk is not helpful at all.
2. In the dead of winter, there was no heating in the room.
3. The sauna was underground and just so-so.
4. The room photos differed from the actual room size and description. The deluxe king room was extremely small; what kind of deluxe is that?
What truly stood out was the excellent receptionist 💫 — very polite, helpful, and always ready to provide everything I needed, from local tips to quick service and warm hospitality. It really made my stay feel personal and welcoming.
The hotel’s location is also great — close to restaurants, shops, and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. 🏙️
Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tashkent! 💖
The staff name Usmon was very helpful. Arrange transport to us to Archazor back & forth. And update us at any time. He can speak English well too.
The breakfast was nice. My room was big & very clean. But i dont like the bed is quite hard for me as i like the soft one.
Its near the main road but it was soundproof very good.
