The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was checked in an hour early, and the hotel was quiet, peaceful, and pleasant.
Breakfast was delicious. All the interesting places to visit were just a short taxi ride away.
I highly recommend it!
I have a complaint: the water bottle at breakfast had a broken spout for the entire two weeks!
They also asked us to pay more than 13€ (around 200.000 sum) for 2 coffees we asked outside the breakfast time.
First, when I checked in, I was told it was 125,000 som plus tax.
When I asked for a receipt, they said they didn't have one.
What does that mean?
They didn't have one, so I don't understand.
Then they didn't even give me proof of stay.
The two receptionists had zero motivation.
This ruins a great hotel.
The management and staff should think about this.
