Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the city. The kids enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and safe. The hotel staff was courteous and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a treat, with plenty of healthy and tasty options for everyone. The location was ideal for exploring the city. Highly recommended for families

These garbage people first made the deal with me for customized booking, but during the time of checkouts they made the trouble. I made ilthe customized booking in this hotel 7 days before according to my flight schedules. I had all the conversation with in WhatsApp with their reception number but the Manager there is just garbage that he wasn't letting me go to take my next flight, he ignored all the records and chats their receptionist has done and forced me to give money for the next day. But I stayed there only for 14 hours. Worst place to stay in Tashkent. Please never choose to go there unless you got no brain after reading this.

The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

The room we stayed was very dirty. At night there were little cockroaches here and there. The washroom was not good at all. In the kitchen, there were also so much cockroaches. Bad smells everywhere. Much dirtier than one can think about. Only the location was okay but everything was bad at all. Not recommended.

I am satisfied with this hotel completely, cause for a just affordable(cheap) price with excellent service’s. Rooms are clean enough, especially the king room, besides the laundry service only took 5$ for ironing my 10 clothes(cmon thats just amazing) I recommend this hotel to everyone and am very happy now with my wife and child having 5 nights out there . It's even not comparable when it comes to it's garden and nearby nature and better than the ones we have in Ottawa, thank you for attention

Best thing i liked about that property is the location covering every need, cafes,pharmacies load of culture, and the staff and management are amazing i felt like home really, keep up the best work guys, you deserved it.

It was a wonderful trip in Tashkent city specially thanks to staff of the Hotel Nehal Kamal, they are very cooperative, humble and kind. They have good guides in all languages like English, Urdu, Hindi, Russian.
Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast and cooking are delicious specially for Pakistani foods are markable.
