Horrible experience!
First of all, mixed up booking and rooms were not ready to our late arrival.
Than, Over four nights stay rooms were not cleaned at all, and request to change towels or toilet paper was always denied.
Reception women can't speak English and extremely arrogant, Svetlana and Elena have no hospitality qualification and seems like just sit there whole day and busy with their nails and fake eye lashes.
And many more negatives. I would never go again and recommend not to stay there.

Terrible hotel:
- staff has very little english knowledge, so it's very difficult to communicate with them
- dirty rooms (hair everywhere in the room, especially in the bathroom. Also there was no cleaning service)
- hotel ran out of toilet paper and toilet flushing did not work properly in various rooms

A very nice hotel with a garden and swimming pool, with super friendly staff.
