This could be the worst hotel anybody could even have a nightmare of staying in.

Requested transportation from the airport, got a message taxi pick up available just give flight info, after giving info no response from hotel and phone number didn't work. No one working from desk at check in and wanted cash no credit card. Room was okay, had electric kettle, cups but no water, coffee or tea. No restaurant or free breakfast as advertised. No staff at desk when I checked out in the morning. Renting rooms is a side business for the massage parlor. Poorly run I might add.

The hotel is located on one of Hanoi’s main old streets, which is a convenient area. However, the hotel itself was quite disappointing. It was not as clean as expected, and it looked very different from the photos online. The building is old, and the rooms felt a bit uncomfortable and even a little scary. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, and there’s an elevator — though it’s small and can only fit about two people at a time, which shows how dated the place is. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It really needs renovation and better maintenance to match what’s advertised.

I don't like this hotel..not recommend at all..feel like stay in the prison..this is like a massage shop .. you have to walk pass by in the small terrace to get to your tiny room...the worst hotel in Hanoi...just don't book here ..the same price you can find many better hotels around...just believe me . don't stay in this nightmare hotel 😫😫😫😫😫

This place is terrible. The room is filthy. The toilet paper used by the previous guest was covered in poop and they didn't throw it away. Luckily, they didn't find out it was no longer needed. Don't stay here. They're taking advantage of Chinese people.

Good location, easy to walk to a lot of interesting things. However, my room was constantly damp. All my things would always be a little bit wet after the first night. Also, the sink would leak a lot of water onto the bathroom floor whenever I used it. Thankfully, the shower had hot water.
