The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city center proved to be perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. What truly set this property apart was the exceptional service from both hosts, who went above and beyond to guide us with both small and significant details throughout our stay. Their attentive assistance and local knowledge made our experience particularly memorable.

Our stay here was truly unforgettable. The exceptional customer service, warm smiles, and genuine care from every single staff member made us feel right at home. A special mention to Kim, such a sweet and cute little girl, whom I liked the most 😇 The whole staff’s ability to speak English made our experience seamless, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms made it worth every penny. But what made this stay truly special was Mr Henry, the incredible owner. Words can’t express how kind and helpful he was. He didn’t just treat us like guests but like friends. From guiding us to the best spots in the city to recommending hidden gem restaurants, his care went far beyond what money could buy. He made our trip richer in ways we didn’t expect. Thank you so much for everything! you’ve truly touched our hearts. :) We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. You won’t just find a place to stay. Nice hotel in the old quarter of Ha Noi. Room are clean but not very big. The best thing is the location, in a small alley, for that it was quite and you can't hear the noise of traffic. We sleep only last night but it was a nice stay

This is a fantastic little boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and serviceable with comfortable beds. But the highlights are the hosts. They are beyond kind and make you feel right at home. Their hospitality, including their cooked breakfasts feels more like a private bed and breakfast. Tucked down a small side street, you’re away from the worst of the noise, but in a fantastic location to explore Old Town. Can highly recommend.

Great value and excellent receptionists. They where so friendly and always taking good care. They even help us to find a taxi to the airport at original price. Will come back again for sure. Thank you!

Nice hotel tucked into edge of old quarter. Very clean and nice accommodation. Staff is helpful and friendly, rates are very reasonable and breakfast is nice as well.
