This hotel is kinda alright. the annoying part of that hotel is tho that they try to scam you in every way possible. need a taxi and ask the woman in the lobby? - you get some weird guy that pays you double the price for the place you wanna go. breakfast-buffet? - yeah, if you want 70% of the food not to be breakfast themed. the rooms are pretty decent tho, bed feels like a rock, blanket way to small for 2 people and way to overpriced if you want a balcony (espacilly at weekends). i wouldnt recommend this hotel, only if you got real money to spend and don’t care about it. loved the beach in front of it tho lol

All the hotels I travel breakfast it's until 10. The don't tell you, it's stop at 9.
No hot water.
In the shower is not any glass doors and the water nearly go to the room.

Thuy Van Hotel is a budget hotel, located facing Flags Square, which is the most visited square of Vung Tau.
We have to consider that Bai Sau beach is the main attraction of the city, the reason why 90 per cent of visitors arrive to us.
The hotel is a bit old and not very well maintained but, this is what it is. I wish the management would realize how important is the hotel location and improve a bit the standards. However it is well known and very popular among locals.

The room was dirty, outside was noisy (even when we close all doors), the sheets had yellow stuff on it, and the staff in the restaurant were unfriendly. I will NEVER come back here.
