Rest Hotel & Apartment in Da Nang

Our stay started off on a really bad note: The studio we booked wasn't available upon arrival, so we were placed in a substitute studio without a view for three days. The hotel showed no flexibility whatsoever – neither a discount nor adequate compensation was offered.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was unacceptable. Both the apartment and the common areas were very dirty. The floor in the room was clearly inadequately cleaned and felt sticky. There were even shaving hairs from the previous guest in the shower – absolutely unhygienic.

Condition of the Property & Pool

The pool was cleaned only once during our 20-day stay. The water was greenish, smelled unpleasant, and we therefore didn't use it a single time. Overall, the property gave an unkempt impression.

Noise & Construction

Extensive renovation work was taking place on the 13th floor. The construction noise started as early as 7:00 AM, making restful sleep impossible.

Technical Amenities

The Wi-Fi was very weak, reaching only about 5–10 Mbps, which was barely sufficient even for simple applications.

Issues with Room Change

After the first three days, we were finally able to move into the apartment we had originally booked. However, the next disappointment awaited us immediately: The kitchen was flooded. While the problem was eventually fixed, it was done very sloppily and without any apology from the staff.

Service & Management
Despite managers being present at the hotel daily, nothing was done to address the fundamental problems. The overall impression remained consistently negative – lack of cleanliness, poor service, and a lack of professionalism.

Conclusion
We deeply regret ignoring the negative reviews beforehand. Anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing vacation in Da Nang should definitely avoid this hotel. Our stay was an imposition – in the end, we were simply glad to be able to leave.

Broken hot shower water and pool in the first day.
Very loud noizes in the corridors, door is not prevent any sounds outside. Someone always scream outside at 3am...
Bad location, nothing interesting there, doesn't found any good cafe's nearby. Only local bars+cafe.
If your room nearby balcony you will feel cigarettes smoke.

BE WARNED FOR THE MONEY AND THE PICTURES YOU SEE ONLINE ARE NOTHING REMOTELY NEAR THE TRUTH, VISITING SE ASIA FOR 15 YEARS AND THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE DIRTIEST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED. TRIP ALTHOUGH NOT ACCOUNTABLE SURELY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WITH CHILDREN THE POOL AREA WAS DISGUSTING THE WATER GREEN WITH CIGARETTES FLOATING IN THE WATER. BE WARNED
